Excellent service. The battery on my son's 2019 Jaguar F-Pace SUV died soon after he purchased it. Probably reached end of life. Battery is buried deep inside and hard to replace. A-1 replaced the battery way under the price quoted online by Jaguar. They have a friendly atmosphere and seem to be willing to do almost any job. We will make this our "go to" place for future auto repairs and/or maintenance.

The team at A-1 Auto Center helped me out in a big way during a road trip with my family over the summer (July 2023). I brought my overheating van in with a coolant leak. They quickly diagnosed it and were able to repair my van in less than an hour, on a Saturday afternoon with a full lot of cars to work on. I appreciated their willingness to help me out and get me on my way at very reasonable cost. The front desk staff and mechanics were helpful and kind and even took the time to show and explain the problem to me. It was absolutely A-1 service!

Talk about being treated like family! That is what it was! My daughter and I are from out of state, and the night before we planned to go home I thought my car had a leak. We drove in and in between other customers they took the time to look at ours. Their beautiful family invited us in, and we were greeted by everyone. With it being pretty cold we were offered a space heater if we weren’t warm enough, (which we were), also was served fresh coffee!!! Fortunately everything was ok, and we were sent on our way less than 2 hours!! (Makes us want to stop and say hi next time we are in town).

Service was quick and everyone I encountered from the front desk to the mechanics were all friendly! The waiting room has a baby play area if you need to bring your littles with you while waiting for an oil change. Also the restaurant next door has smoothies. Happy we found our new mechanic shop!!

Great service! Pleasant atmosphere in customer waiting area. Determined the problem with my car. Tires needed to be balanced. Much better ride now. Looking forward to bringing my Subaru there for future service.

Very friendly approachable and helpful. Just moved to CT from CA and asked to have car winterized (had no clue). They explained what was needed and the cost was reasonable. Would definitely go back.

Service was Great!! They fixed a problem with the backup camera that the Ford garage said I needed a new backup system...cost, $ 700. A-1 fixed it for a little over $ 100.00!! Great honest people.

Diagnosed the problem and repaired the car in one day. Cost was very reasonable and the team at A-1 was kind and professional.

I called in the morning because my check engine light was on and my car was shaking. They told me they would try to look at it that day and most likely get it fixed in a few days. I brought it in a little while after I called and maybe 4 hours later I got a call saying my car was all done!! I couldn’t be happier with how fast they were able to fix my car! Not to mention everyone was super kind and welcoming!

Chris and the crew did a great job aligning and improving the front suspension on my customized 1953 Ford. In addition, they sanity checked the rest of the suspension and also checked the brake system couplings, vacuum and the drive train. The bill was lower than I expected and entirely worth the peace of mind having experts check my work. I have been bringing my vehicles to A-1 for many years and will continue to do so.

Everyone was extremely professional and great to work with. They were realistic with the schedule and price. They even referred a competing business if I didn't like their schedule. I do though. When leaving They heard a noise and asked me back so they could fix it on the spot. I feel like they really wanted to ensure their work and make me happy to go back. I obviously will be doing so for all my auto needs. In the end honesty and fair pricing with great customer service is what I received from this team. I would recommend them to everyone.

Bought a jeep wrangler at a dealership that had some issues with it. A-1 was able to get me an appointment the same day I called, to give it a buyers inspection and found several other things wrong with the vehicle. Because of their fast, efficient and affordable service, I was able to return it on time and have the dealership fix the issues free of charge. The staff is also very friendly and super helpful.

Brought my car in for an oil change to A-1. Car was ready in 30 minutes. Timely and good customer service.
