Came here for my 18th birthday and ordered the $150 24K burger.The burger was really good and presentation was awesome especially the golden fries and shake it came with.Would definitely recommend to anyone who has tried gold yet lol

This location is fantastic. Dress code is super casual. We were early for our reservation but we're seated right away. We were able to order pretty quickly. It took longer to chose are drinks than it did the meal. All of the drinks are available non alcoholic and there are a lot of choices. The waitress was wonderful. It did take longer than expected for the food and drinks to be brought to the table but overall it was a great experience.

I dined here on Mon. for lunch and although saw the line to get in down the hallway over my weekend stay @ Foxwoods, I really didn't expect much. I have to say that I was pleasently surprised.

First off, why you wouldn't make a reservation if you planned on dining here is beyond me. Plan ahead or expect to wait in line an hour +. Dont get mad when you do. That's your fault. Not the hostesses. Make a reservation.

Definitely a novelty resturant however the selection of food was large and what we ate was quite good!

What earned the 5 stars was our waitress Carmen who was prompt, courteous, attentive & really went above and beyond to make our experience a good one! A+++

My friend and I went after a Monica concert. I had a burger and fries with a glass of sangria, and she had shrimp pasta with a milkshake (weird combo 🤣). The wait was long even at 12 midnight, but the food and drinks were good.

Sugar Factory is an awesome place to eat. Went here for lunch with my girlfriend and was very impressed. Everything was very clean and great atmosphere. The staff was super friendly. I got a burger and my gf got a salad with salmon and we both were very happy with our plates. Would recommend to any couples looking for a great place to eat at Foxwoods!

We always have fun at the sugar factory!!! Everyone goes there to celebrate birthdays and even if you're not there for one, you feel a part of it! The waitress recommended the Cajun chicken Alfredo pasta dish and it did not disappoint! The milkshakes have a beautiful presentation and act as a drink and a dessert, The carnival and peanut butter ones are our favorites! Yum!

This is a very popular spot at Foxwoods Casino. Reservations full up fast at when we got there, they were fully booked. They do have a waiting area, which is first come, first serve. The wait was not bad when we went however, the wait time can vary due to peak hours. The service was fact as there was two of us.

The menu is outstanding as there are so many amazing things to choose from. Your eyes will be bigger than your stomach. We were near the kitchen so, with every try that came out of there, it was definitely an eye catching moment.

The food was good. Prices are more on the higher end but worth EVERY DOLLAR!! So, this is definitely a treat going here. I'm a returning guest. It's about a 55 minute drive from where I live and is worth it.

Fish bowl cocktails with dry ice, over the top desserts, and a full menu including brunch is why @sugarfactoryfoxwoods_ has become a Juggernaut in the foodie world.
Anyone can make things look good but for them to actually taste good as well is what gets people coming back for more.
The Sugar Factory rainbow sliders really surprised me with the quality, in the salty savory sweet mixture between the burgers and the Lollypop Passion cocktail were excellent

My 1st time at the sugar factory and I absolutely enjoyed myself. The staff was real knowledgeable of of the product and recommended nice appetizers and drinks. And It was a lively experience. It was my birthday. I will never forget the experience that I had, I will always recommend this place to friends and family.
I also enjoyed the fact that the staff was secretly involved with a surprise birthday song from my other party...

Delicious and fun place to celebrate a friends daughters birthday. Reservation was for 4, but we had a party of 6 which the staff was nice enough to be able to accommodate. We all enjoyed our food and there was a lot to choose from. The girls shared one of those big fun drinks, and my child had the flaming hot cheetos burger, which was a hit because she LOVES flaming hot cheetos. I had a delicious veggie burger and the decor was really fun.

We have been here a few times but tonight was extra amazing! After we ordered, a photographer named Yana respectfully approached our table and asked if we’d like a complimentary photo taken for Valentine’s Day. Of course we couldn’t refuse the offer! She took a few photons and guided us with poses. She came back as we were finishing our food and gave us one of our photos printed out which we loved. She also had some of the other pictures we’d taken and put them in frames for $20 if we wanted a couple extra!!! (Which we’re also so nice we couldn’t refuse lol) She was awesome and we love having memories of this special night :)

Let me tell you I did not expect what happened here. It looked a little too upscale for my tastes but boy was I wrong. The atmosphere was absolutely amazing the staff was wonderful. The macaroni and cheese pops were delicious. We got two different kind of burgers and a steak and let me tell you I should have just got one Burger because their burgers are so incredibly big with a generous portion of fries. Well I'm not into the cocktails if you are they have about a billion different kinds.

The fried Mac and Cheese was the best thing I've had. You got to get that!! Strawberry Lemonade drink was so good. Chicken penne pasta was very cheese and chicken juicy. The fish and chips had good flavor and the jalapeño tarta sauce smacks!!! Worth the money. For your birthday you get a free vanilla ice cream with whip cream and sprinkles and they sing happy birthday.

First off, let's talk about the ambiance. Walking into the restaurant, I was immediately struck by the vibrant and playful decor. From the neon lights to the heart candy-filled walls, this place is an Instagrammer's dream! And don't even get me started on the cocktails - the smoking goblet drinks are an absolute must-try. Not only do they look amazing, but they taste even better. We ordered the Classic Watermelon Piña Colada and Hipnotiq Long Island Iced Tea goblets with alcohol but they offer a non alcoholic version too. They are a showstopper! I’ve taken a photo of the drink menu with two arrows showing you what we ordered and of course, how it looks like.

Now, let's move on to the food. As someone who loves brunch, I was thrilled to see that Sugar Factory offers brunch classics like pancakes and breakfast sandwiches. But don't worry, they've got you covered for lunch and dinner too with delicious chicken tenders, chips with salsa and the popular rainbow sliders they're almost too pretty to eat but for sure, you would want to! Rainbow sliders also came with their iconic rubber ducky you can take home with you.

Overall, our experience at Sugar Factory was nothing short of amazing. The food, drinks, and atmosphere were all top-notch.

Plus, the talented staff just add to the excitement. We think if you order the behemoth of a dessert, the famous Sugar Factory King Kong Sundae (good for 20 pax) it comes with a very special Happy Birthday song and dance number from Sugar’s amazing staff.

Sugar Factory is our go-to birthday or special occasion restaurant for our kids! Beyond the name being “Sugar” factory, the menu has a lot of kid friendly options, but surprisingly no kid menu. The menu is great for sharing. All drinks can be made nonalcoholic, which is great. I would highly recommend making a reservation online, as I have seen lengthy lines at times. Some of the tables are quite small- I definitely think you have the best experience in a booth or towards the back (we always end up near the door to the kitchen).We haven’t tried the milkshakes yet, but I believe those will be on our next trip!

Awe had been to the Sugar Factory in New York and to the Atlantic City locations but this experience was the best. Sheri Barbosa, the Restaurant Supervisor made the experience even better. I had a special birthday brunch. Thank you Saeri Barbosa for running this location with high standards of customer service

Wow! Simply amazing!! Loved every part of our experience at the Sugar Factory! Had not been in 4 years and this time was better then the last. The decor is what first catches your eye. From the giant crystal chandeliers to the art work it gives it a fancy feel. The music and energy is all around. Staff were pleasant and attentive. The Sugar Factory is popular no matter what time of year and even during the week it gets busy. We had reservations for 6:30 dinner on a Monday and got in but as the night went on people were waiting. Making reservations well in advance is a must! But honestly the best part was the food and drinks. We had to get a giant Goblet this time and it was big enough to split between 2 people if you aren’t heavy drinkers. The club sandwich was massive and had great taste. Fries were well seasoned and crispy. The Penne Alfredo was out of this world! Best Alfredo I have had in a long time. Sauce was creamy, garlicky, cheesy, and topped with thin fresh basil just made the dish. Food and drinks are priced at what you would expect being it the Sugar Factory and located in Foxwoods. Highly recommend and this is a must if going to Foxwoods! There will be something on menu for everyone whether it be sweet, savory, or both!

This place is definitely not cheap but is a great novelty restaurant. The food is very good. The designer shakes are very nicely done. The signature drinks are awesome with or without the booze. Kids and adults alike will enjoy this place. Jen was our waitress on Sunday 3/28/2021 she was awesome.
