John truly went extra mile to make this project successful. he sent multiple templates before the order to try different sizes and fonts to make sure sign fits well and when final product arrived it fit perfectly. All necessary hardware to mount was included and it made installation easy. now i am saving to add Chicago IL under the name of the boat :)

We ran into John at the Annapolis boat show. We had previously gotten a quote from a large boat sign/name company that was outrageous. John's pricing was not only reasonable, but well below what I thought it should be. The quality of his work, however, was top notch. Our boat, Empty Nest now gets comments at every marina because of the gorgeous name with backlights that John made for us. He also stood behind his work and sent me a new controller no charge when a wire burned out on one of the light controllers. He is a great communicator and takes pride in his work. Stay away from the big name shops, and find John at Nauticalite if you want to be the envy of every other boater in the marina.
