Kennedy Computer Exchange has been my go to computer place for years. The staff is always very knowledgeable and willing to answer all of my questions. I recently purchased a refurbished laptop and dock from them for a great price and they had it ready for me very quickly. I am definitely glad to have such a helpful small business in the community!

Lost my Chromebook charger and immediately thought of this business - I hadn't been here for about 10 years - but from my memory the owner was always very kind - helped my family fix a few computers and when I got a refurbished lenovo that was about 3 years old from them back in 2012 it worked fantastic for years - lasted me until about 2020! They do honest work at a very reasonable price and supporting a local business - its a win win.

Our computer started having issues. We called Kennedy Exchange Computer, they had us up and going very quickly.

I had the need for service on my computer. We called Brian at Kennedy Exchange. I dropped the computer off at 1PM and it was repaired and back at my desk by 4PM the same day. I understand that timing is everything and I was fortunate enough to call at the right time.

3 repair shops refused to even try to clean up a paper jam on my 4 yr old Canon MG5320 printer because of it's age and complexity. I then saw some positive reviews for Kennedy Exchange in Columbia on an on-line neighborhood site so I brought it to them expecting to hear a "no" from them also. 4 days later it is fixed and working, AND at a very reasonable cost. I highly recommend Kennedy Exchange.

I run an online business and I need to have a working computer at all times. I had tried several other computer repair companies, from Geek Squad to other small local companies, and wasn't really happy with any of them. Then I found Kennedy Exchange about 5 years ago and I won't go anywhere else.

The owner is almost always there and he hires good people. I've been taken care of whether I was buying a used laptop as a spare or getting my main desktop repaired. Their prices are excellent and they have some of the best customer service I've ever encountered. These guys are true professionals.

I had an excellent experience with a computer repair. I needed a power source replaced and brought it in after discussing it with the owner. He diagnosed it within a few hours and called to say he could have it completed shortly and I could pick it up the same day. Quick service and for a fair and reasonable price.

Great place! Knowledgeable staff who are quick and efficient. They leave you with a feeling you brought your computer to the right place. I have a small business running one business computer, and three laptops. About four years ago our business computer crashed(motherboard) We found Kennedy exchange and they handled our problem fast, and efficiently. Recently had my brand new laptop which I us to DJ crash on me. It was fully warrantied from the place I purchased it, but I have more confidence in Kennedy exchange then that Big Name Chain. They had me up and going without missing a single gig, and at a minimal cost. Great place I highly recommend.

I needed my computer to be brought into the 21st century, including removal of any viruses, elimination of unnecessary apps, installation of a new (easy to use) anti virus tool.
I'm not great at understanding the whole computer thing but I am a retired teacher who asks a ton of questions. Brian was superb in answering each of my questions and making sure I was comfortable in the direction we were taking my computer.
Brian was very professional during my visits to his store. His patience was very much appreciated and I would certainly recommend his services to other folks like me----who need help and don't know where to turn.

My boyfriend likes to stream on twitch for long periods of time. His PC started to crash many times and since we're both not great with computers, we found this place nearby. They were excellent and began by running multiple tests to find the source of the problem.
The day after dropping it off, they fixed it, and upgraded it to suit his streaming/gaming needs. Very knowledgeable and a good price! Not only did they solve the problem, but they found other issues we were never aware of!

The PC is better than what it was when we first bought it! Would recommend.

I have been buying used computers for my kids school for many years now from the Kennedy Exchange. I have six kids and we home school. I have not had a single bad experience and we have saved a ton of $$. They have stood by their products and I have not had problems with repair and upgrade service. Repair and upgrade services were always done efficiently and at discounted prices.

Needed a legacy Lenovo 64bit desktop workstation for RDP and Linux work. They were able to sell me a machine that day which could do the job. Its nice to have such a place in Eastern Connecticut [and not have to wait on mail-order]. The staff was friendly and professional, and I would recommend them to anybody needing to pick up a pre-owed PC workstation for a fair price.

We bought a computer about 3 years ago.From the day we bought it we had problems. Windows 8 We installed Norton. It got slower and slower finally got a virus. We couldn't do anything. After taking it to Kennedy in one day we got it back. It never worked this good.I would recommend this company to everyone if they need a computer fixed.Great thanks Steve. Bolton Ct
