I came here because my PC kept having unknown crashes, went to several other repair/tech stores and none were able to help me or identify the problem. Jey who worked with me , handled the process of helping me getting my PC back up and running and went above and beyond throughout it all. The customer service I experienced was by far one of the best, if not the best experience I've ever had. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone who is having any problems with their Computer.

The hinges broke on my son's laptop and they had it fixed in 2 days for cheaper than I thought. Communicative, friendly, professional. 10/10 would recommend.

When you are a journalist and your computer crashes, it is like being a pilot when the engines go out. BizTechs was first open on a Monday morning and Jay couldn't have been more helpful. Excellent diagnostic consult and related service.
Jay is the Computer Doctor! He let us know what wasn't the problem. But also picked up a serious issue with potential for sudden data loss (a 5 year old hard drive that was struggling to survive and in terrible shape).
All was fixed by the next day and pricing more than fair.

After years of supporting my old computer, Jay was incredibly helpful in assisting me with selecting a new one and migrating my old computer to the new.

I was having a computer problem I could not solve. I also just installed a mesh network in our house and was having some issues with that too. Finally, I had to breakdown and seek someone who could help resolve my technical issues.

He also discussed with me my networking issues and let me borrow a usb-c adapter so I could bring it home and test my network. He solved my networking issues. His computer and network skillset was superb. He spent time with me. He was more than generous with his time and what he charged me.
