Disabled with a flat tire in New London, 100 miles from home, and well after regular business hours, Gus couldn’t have been more cheerful, helpful and professional. His priority was getting me back on the road safely. He diligently diagnosed the issue with my tire failure and, after trying to patch the tire, he found other defects and wouldn’t let me hit the highway, not feeling confident with the quality and reliability of the repair. So he made some calls around the area, “tirelessly” searching and was able to resource a replacement tire around 8 PM… He wasn’t concerned about the extra time it took or any extra charges, he just wanted to keep his word and get me on my way. Ultimately, the tire worked perfectly and I got back to the Cape that evening… It was a great experience and great ending to the day, following an afternoon of anxiety, thinking I was definitely going to be stuck in New London for the night. Thank you, Gus, for your professionalism and good nature. With all the options that I saw when I “Googled” a tow service, I feel as though I hit the Lottery and made the right call ! Great place! Went to Gus to have him change out my husband's bumper for a new one. Gus took our truck in right away and had it done in a day!! Was very satisfied!! Definitely will return again for any future car repairs!
