From the beginning I felt no sales pressure. well retired sales staff and very informative. Very helpful with my situation being my credit wasn’t that great and got me into the car. I wanted so appreciative I think John Garland very personable person I will someday I can do business with Barbarino . Who situation is that great and the times going on now but they were very helpful

I went this past weekend with my husband to look into getting him a new car for a early Father’s Day gift and worked with Mo and all I can say is he is AMAZING not only did he work his hardest to get us a new vehicle he got my husband the car that he been wanting and was so helpful with every step. He even took his time with our children being with us the whole process even got them lunch. He really went above and beyond for us and we appreciate it so much so I highly recommend going to see Mo and have him help you. Never met a salesman that had so much patience’s and actually cared about what we wanted! I will be recommending him to everyone I know that is looking to get a new car and will be back to see him for my new car soon!!!!

I bought my Nissan Frontier nearly two years ago brand new from the dealer. It was the first vehicle I purchased for myself and I was nervous about the service/care that I would receive after I bought the truck. I've been into Barberino Nissan for all of my service visits and without doubt the staff is always 10/10. They are welcoming and warm, but also efficient and effective. The staff is very respectful and explain everything in detail, but not in a condescending manner. The service I receive from them alone will make me a Nissan owner for life as they have instilled a high level of trust in me. Enormous kudos to the skilled tech's and service reps at Barberino.

Went on Saturday my salesman was Malakai, he was very professional and helped me through the process of getting a nissan rogue. He asked me questions and allowed me to ask questions also if I wasn't understanding things. He was very patient with me also because I wasn't certain on what to do. I recently traded in my 2022 Nissan Rogue, simply because my credit improved and I wanted a better interest rate. My salesman was Antonio Garcia. I cannot tell you what a fantastic job for me. He showed me the perfect car, worked out an awesome deal Finance Manager Ken Gianetta. They worked as a team and I couldnt be happier with my new car. Antonio is a great guy to work with, knowledgeable, professional and is always working hard. I reccommend seeing Antonio and Ken anytime you thinking of a new ride!

Upon arrival we were seen right away from the service desk / down to the oil change we were in an out perfect. Just little upset when I made the appointment for my mom they didn’t have in the system but Carla made it happen so we both were able to get our oil change at the same time and it was done within 20 minutes tops or even less. Thank again Carla you’re the best !!!

My car would not start as I was getting ready for a 300 mile trip. After AAA jump started my car they said they did not have a battery to replace it with, so I called Barberino Nissan who confirmed that they had the battery but also said they would squeeze me in. When I arrived they took care of the problem, plus changed the wiring and replaced the batteries in my fobs as well. I was in and out in approx. an hour and a half which is great considering I didn't have an appointment.

I recently purchased a Nissan Pathfinder from Barberino. I’ve looked at them at several other dealerships and couldn’t find anyone that would help me make it work for my budget. My salesman Antonio went above and beyond to show me different price points on both a new and used pathfinder. He was friendly and honest and I knew right away I wanted to give them my business. This is a reputable Nissan dealership. The staff here is nice. I come here to purchase parts from their parts department. Given the choice of OEM parts or aftermarket gamble parts, I will pick the dealer parts every time. Aftermarket parts are a major gamble, so it is easy to come to trust OEM automotive parts because you know they made the originals and would therefore be the best equipped to make a quality replacement part.

Excellent ! Pete, Jason and staff excellent ! Service is superb. I came in on a recommendation after the auto body shop that fixed my car got the parts for my pathfinder from barberino. The staff here were welcoming understanding and fixed my car quickly .

Antonio was above amazing along with the rest of the Staff there! He truly went above and beyond to help me out with starting this new experience on leasing a car. Would definitely recommend him to anyone needing a new car.

Barberino Nissan was such an excellent experience. So I was in desperate need of a car went to carmax in Waterbury and the experience was so awful it was obvious the salesman didn’t want to help me at all it was so cringy to deal with. But I was recommended to Nissan in Wallingford and it was awesome from the moment I pulled into the lot i felt welcomed, I was greeted by Jay he was such a great guy so personable, respectful and understanding I genuinely felt like I was being helped to the best of his ability and I left of the lot the same day with a Nissan rogue and I love it !
