Amy was wonderful with my fiancée and I in helping us with shoes!! My fiancée has a high arch, she got him ones, a pair of slip on Merrill’s and another slip on for summertime. Amy was extremely friendly and helpful. She was very knowledgeable and gave me great advice on choosing the perfect shoe for me! Turns out I was wearing a half size too small in athletic shoes. I went with the On Cloudswift 3’s and I wait to start wearing them!

After going to a different store 3 times, only for them to give up on me, I am so glad I ended up here. Melinda was very attentive and informative. She helped me understand my issue, and helped me try on numerous pairs of shoes until we settled on the perfect pair. Melinda is one of the best salespeople I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with in my entire life!! I have really problematic feet: zero arch, wide, bunions, etc. and have always had trouble shoe shopping on my own. Melinda spent so much time with me to help me find some cute new summer sneakers that I love. She was patient, funny, and friendly - you can tell she genuinely loves her job. After not entering
a shoe store for several years it was great to walk in to Hawley Lane shoes and be greeted by Rose who was so patient, kind, and helpful.
She tirelessly went into the stock room countless times to try to find me the right size and style.
I truly appreciate her effort and service. She is a gem!
The other associates seemed very friendly and helpful as well.

Mary sold us a good pair of Merrill shoes , my father wanted non slip bottoms , and she took the time to size his foot etc . Mary was patient and friendly , she didn’t push the sale ..

Josh was very helpful in picking out the right sandals for my feet.. I was so excited to finally have a perfect fit! He definitely knows his shoes.. great salesman!

Josh knows how to sell shoes. He was so helpful showing me different sizes to fit my feet and widths to find the right comfortable fit. I was very pleased with his service to me. I ended up buying two pairs of shoes. He deserves a raise.😊

All I can say is wow! Great customer service and knowledge still exists. Mary, was amazing and took her time to help me and family get the right shoes for comfort and support before our big trip. Was at Hawley lane shoes yesterday. Was looking for a specific shoe and size. MARY came to help me. She was literally the most helpful and informative shoe salesperson I've ever met in my life hands down. She was super sweet and funny and patient. She guided me through properly sizing my feet in length and width. My entire adult life I was getting shoes half size to short and I had no idea. I recently purchased a pair of New Balance Pickleball shoes at Hawley Lane in Orange, CT. They’re well-made and super good looking. Best of all is the sales person that helped me find my pair. Her name was Mary and she did an awesome job helping me find my size and giving lots of information about the various shoes. I will definitely go back to Hawley Lane to buy my next pair of shoes! Hawley Lane is wonderful! What really makes it special are the dedicated professional who are willing to spend lots of time with you figuring out what shoes are best for your feet. I have unique wide feet with high instep and arches. It takes me a while to find shoes that work. Lisa was amazing both times I’ve been to Hawley Lane. She’s patient, kind, and extremely helpful. Amy is also very knowledgeable. I recommend Hawley Lane without reservation and highly suggest you ask for Lisa!

Great shoe store with a lot of great options, friendly and helpful staff. I have several issues with my feet and must have well made shoes specific to my foot issues. Having knowledgeable staff is invaluable. They have a credentialed pedorthist on staff which is an added bonus!
I would highly recommend this store and staff.

I worked with Matt today at Hawley Lane Shoes, he was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and anticipated my questions and concerns about buying expensive (at least for me) shoes. He did not pressure me and was extremely helpful. This was a great experience and I will definitely visit and buy there again!

Best service I have had shopping anywhere in a long time!! Amy really knows what she’s talking about. Described the Hoka line of shoes, asked me about my own feet and quickly suggested the best shoe for me. And she nailed it!!!

And, isn’t that all we really want? Someone to take the time, show a genuine interest in getting me the best product and answering all of my questions.

This was a great Experience as an Adult finding out for the first time their proper foot size and pressure areas examined from a camera exam. The Representative Josh went Above and Beyond to help me while my husband was already being assisted from Mary in such a short time I learned more about my feet from this informative associate and his knowledge of proper footwear meant for my feet was above and beyond. I ask anyone looking for a great pair of footwear to give this Location a chance and perhaps you will walk out with 3 pair just as we did.
