To my surprise on an impromptu evening the Mrs found a location we've never been to before. As a foodie, I had to stop. From the moment we walked in for dinner, everyone was pleasant and we've been back several times since! Their breakfast is also amazing and have a ton to choose from. My whole family loves this place! Give it a try!

Visited for lunch one day and breakfast a week later. Great menu. Delicious food. Friendly and accommodating service. Breakfast was a group of 12 and they handled it well. Chili was outstanding at lunch. Highly recommend. Open until 10PM!

This restaurant has a very home feel to it. They were quick to accommodate a large party of 10 of us. The waitress did a good job ensure that our drinks stayed full and the kids were happy. It is rare to see such high standards of service in such a small business setting. I would recommend this resturant. Not only was the service good the food was also good. Eggs were cooked to perfection. And the pancakes are beyond prefect!!! My daughter loved the BLT sandwich. One thing that was great was everyone was served the food at the same time so no one was just sitting there awkwardly watching someone else eat. Weather it is just you on a date or you with a crowd I recommend you come here....

This was my first time there. I got the buffalo chicken wrap with fries, it was made perfectly with just the right amount of sauce. The fries came out nice and hot and made perfectly. The waitress was very friendly, it is a great atmosphere.

Big portions and really great food! I loved the pancakes, huge and super fluffy. Chicken parm was also good and enough to eat 3 times. Good staff and overall nice diner in Naugatuck!

Hometown Gem. We regularly order lunch for the staff here for meetings and such, as it is very convenient in proximity. The food is ALWAYS better than what you would expect for "Diner" food and the portions are always huge. Their attention to details and assurance that each persons particular dietary needs and requests are met are flawless and without hesitation. They even made personalized condiment baggies for each person the last time we ordered.
I'm am a self professed foodie and am personally a bit of a food snob who hits NYC regularly...Grandpa's fits the bill for our special dietary needs and hungry staff each and every time and at very reasonable prices, although their customer service is what keeps us coming back! Thank you, as always.

Took a while to order but waitess was friendly. Clam chowder and stuffed shrimp were good. Price was reasonable. It's my go to spot!

The food was absolutely delicious here! I went with the Spaghetti Bolognese.. it was great! The staff was really friendly too :) Visited again for my birthday (since it was so great last time) and equally exceptional food and service! The Bolognese was a bit different this time around but still yummy! It also had a gorgeous presentation!

First time here and we loved it. Our waitress Angela was so nice and professional. This diner looks and feels so clean and most importantly the food was amazing.

This was my first time at Grandpa's. The inside of the restaurant is super clean and decorated nicely. We were sat by the host who was very friendly, was well as our server. I ordered the crispy chicken panini and the rest of the table had Spyro Gyros. The portions given are more than fair for the price and the food was great. Will definitely return.

I work nights, so finding a place like this is perfect. They serve the entire menu from open to close, and the menu is huge. I was eating a buffalo chicken wrap at 8:30 a.m.. Hard to find a place like this with great food and fantastic service. Definitely worth a visit.

Great food and Great service at Both Naugatuck and Danbury locations

I really enjoy this diner. Food is good, fresh & flavorful. Service is friendly. It may take a little bit to get your food, but good food takes time. Id rather wait for my order to be cooked than eat something hours old sitting in a warming box. That is what fast food is for. The restaurant is clean and inviting and for our family a great place to grab a bite!

Came in tired after a long night with a gokd friend and they were polite respectful and the food was excellent
