I was new to saddle hunting two years ago. After a LOT of research I jumped into WEI for saddle and steps, for reasons of price point, all-around quality, and mobility. I have been very pleased with the quality and flexibility the WEI setup has provided. As a result I e been successful where otherwise a stand or even sticks might have prevented me. Great products across the board. I’ll stick with WEI for the long haul.

Wild Edge is a great small business company that serves the mobile hunting market with great quality products. Having owned and used the Stepp ladder myself, it is a product that I feel is very under rated, simple to use, and can get a hunter into trees that other climbing methods may not. It is evident that Andrew cares about his customers and cares about how his company is perceived in the industry. Being all American-made and veteran owned (thank you for your service Andrew!), this is a company I am very happy to support!

Saddle hunting is booming right now, and it seems like every week I'm hearing about some new company trying to cash in on the trend. Most of their products are absurdly expensive, or else too cheaply-made for me to trust with my safety. Wild Edge products are the exception. The prices are extremely reasonable for the high level of innovation and quality. I like Wild Edge gear, I trust it, I use it.

I met Drew at the Great American Outdoor show a couple years ago and have had the opportunity to talk to him prwtty much everyday during the show the past couple of years. Not only did I buy a Berserker and steps from him I have recommended several of my friends and co-workers to check out his saddle and other products. Drew actually recommended for them to go try the other saddles on at the show to see what felt best to them. They all came back to Drew to buy his after trying the other brands. Quality products and even better person to deal with. Doesn't try to sell you his product just gives you honest facts and let's you make the decision for yourself.

WE Stepps are awesome! I would recommend these to anyone! This a high quality product. The knot is easy to get down and is on the bag if you forget. I had reached out to them with a concern and they were quick to respond back to me. Wild Edge has excellent customer service and are helpful, knowledgeable, and are willing to go the extra mile for their customers. I can’t wait to get my Perch! Live Wild!!!

Go to where the deer are, not to where you hope they will be. I have had success with these steps because it allows me to move to the deer instead of waiting and hoping the come towards my setup. I was able to get a real nice buck in 2020 and again in 2021 with the bow. The 2021 buck is my biggest buck to date.

Awesome customer service! I ordered my steps and it said they would be delayed. After 3 weeks my dad sent out an email to the owner asking about the status on our steps because I leave in 3 weeks for boot camp. The owner who served in the military pushed our order out the door that day and we just received them 2 days later. Much appreciation to you if you’re reading this and thank you for your service.

I love the product... everything from product quality, carrying bag with the description of how to tie the knot on the Stepp product, to the ease of carrying them in the woods. I carry extra Stepps into the tree to hold my bag and gear.

I have been using these wild edge steps for about 4 years and have had no issues at all. Having a great quality product has kept me in a saddle deer or no deer.

Bought these steps from Jim Stepp 9+ years ago before wild edge partnered with him. I found his email in a bow hunting page in google, emailed him and he had some left that he sold me. I love them! Fast to put up and fast to take down. Easy to adjust “on the fly” . I use a hang on stand and can be 24+ ft in a stand in a matter of 15 minutes. I use a 45’ rope and tie my gun or bow to one end and the lock on stand on the other . Throw it over my shoulder as i set the step , pull the side with the stand up and set it. Then sit in stand and pull my gun or bow up. Easy ! Ill be buying more shortly !

The Wild Edge Stepps are AWESOME. They're light, quiet, compact, versatile, and I can climb with them almost as quickly as with a climbing tree stand. They do take practice; a lot of it, in my case. I started with a set of 5 stepps and aiders, but hated that method. I ended up finding the Cain Method, which I love, and is now what I use. With 8 stepps I can easily hang a stand at 22 feet, and I can stretch it to get up to 27. It took me several weeks of practicing in my yard before I felt proficient climbing any tree in the light or the dark, but the time was well worth it. Make it through the learning curve and you'll be super glad you did. I can't imagine doing any mobile hunting with any other method on the market.

Great product. The steps are lighter and more compact than climbing sticks. The platform (Perch) is more comfortable than a ring of steps, and still very light and portable. Excellent customer service.

Great service! They informed me my delivery was going to ship a day or two late and I misread the email, thinking I was going to receive my package I was upset. My package arrived sooner than expected with great quality. I will be a return customer for sure.

The Steppladder Climbing System hands down is the best climbing method I've come across. Drew has really hit a homerun with these steps and accessories. I highly Recommend trying these out.

The stepp ladder is extremely easy and convenient to use. I can walk into the woods before daybreak with my steps and bow in hand and not make any loud or alerting noises.
