This was by far the best experience i have ever had in a retail establishment!!
As soon as i walked in, Brandy greeted me with a warm hello and immediately felt comfortable.
She was so helpful with the purchase and transfer of my information from my old phone.
I was having trouble syncing my phone to the car and she walked me through the process and it was a success!!
I will definitely be frequenting this location in the future!!!!

Greg is seriously the best. My whole family will not go anywhere else or to anyone else for our phone needs. He always goes above and beyond to make sure we’re helped. Greg has excellent customer service skills and is extremely knowledgeable!! We love Greg!!!

Exceptional and friendly environment from all staff within the store, brandy the store manager is very helpful with learning new products and services, as well as completely explaining every purchase as well as future charges if applicable. If I could give 10 stars I would without question. Everyone in that store is there to help you so you can get the best deal and are happy with your purchase even after you leave the store.

Kevin was very helpful and did not try to upsell me on any other products besides the ones I needed. He explained how my billing would work with my new phone and even told me that I may be eligible for a discount. He was the only employee in the store and I watched him work with elderly customers with a great amount of patience and understanding. It was the easiest trip to a Verizon vendor that I have ever experienced.

Greg had my interest in mind the minute I stepped in the store and sat down to discuss my waterlogged iPhone 6. We went through the note SE model offered suggestions for options well considering the most economical approach to having The service and accessories to optimize the use of my phone. Personable well-versed in the product computer savvy to untangle some of the apps I had that didn’t change over apps. Not Verizon’s issue or problem but he helped anyway that’s going above and beyond the expectations of a representative of Verizon thank you for the opportunity to express my appreciation for Greg.

After frustrating experiences at a corporate store and technical difficulties with Verizon’s website the night before I popped into this location during lunch. I went in for an upgrade to an iPhone 13 Pro. Tim had me up and running in less time than I thought it would take! He was professional, helpful and personable. I walked out of there pleased with the entire experience. Stop in at Russell Cellular on Highland Ave in Cheshire, leave satisfied!

I am beyond grateful for the service both Brandy and Greg gave me over the past week. There was a “glitch” made somewhere when I signed up for my newphone, and instead of having me directly deal with Verizon, they both personally went above and beyond to deal with my situation. They were so professional, understanding and compassionate that I am beyond grateful they dealt with my account. I recently signed up for a small business account with them and with the service I received over the past week, I will forever be a customer of theirs! Thank you Brandy and Greg, you have no idea how amazing you are at your jobs, and the amount of stress you took on for me is just beyond words. Best customer service I have ever dealt with!!!!

Every experience at Russell Cellular is uplifting, positive and memorable!! Whether I’m there for a phone or accessory purchase, or even more importantly, a technical question about my or any of my family members’ phones, everyone is always readily available to help out, answer questions, and rectify any situation that has arisen. You leave there with your problem solved, or a follow up plan to resolve the issue quickly! Another great feature of the staff at Russell cellular is the fact that if I have any question about my phone and I’m not able to get to the store during store hours or I am out of state, just a quick phone call to Russell gets me quick and efficient customer service help where many of my issues have been solved just by talking on the phone to one of the staff there!
A big thank you and shout out to the current staff there, (in alphabetical order because they’re all awesome and I don’t want to list anyone first because everyone has played a role in resolving issues and purchases very recently!:) Brandy, Greg, Kevin, Rodrick!! You rock!

greg was incredibly helpful from the moment I walked in with questions- Helped me get a smashed phone and line off my plan that I was still paying for because all of my phone calls to verizon and online chats had gotten me no where. he figured out a way to get the plan lowered, get an upgraded phone, and trade in some old tablets to continue saving with the new plan. he was enjoyable in person which is rare in 2021 and a pleasure to talk to. face it- getting a new phone is great but it sucks. its always a long process, greg made me feel welcome, was talkative, and made the time pass by quickly. if you have to sit with someone you don't know for a long period of time pick greg. 10 out of 10

My experience with this store occured after the phones were purchased. I wound up going in 3 times. Each time I was helped by Roderick. Roderick knows what customer service means and how to deliver it. Thank you so much, Roderick for all your help, and especially, your patience! It's great to have a local store to lean on for the often complicated world of Verizon Wireless service. I've always found the staff to be friendly and happy to help however they can. Any issues usually stem from the company they are licensed to represent; Verizon.

I try to remember this when entering, and I hope other customers will as well.

I would TRAVEL large distances to come to this VERIZON store. Everyone is so knowledgeable, friendly and fast. They can solve any problem and speak to each customer at the customer's technological level. The staff is amazing and the manager, Ellery Deprey, goes above and beyond. Best customer service ever.

I'll try to make this short. I've never been with Verizon before because I could never afford their service. I had many problems with T Mobile, ATT and most recent Cricket. With Cricket i kept getting voicemails without phone ever ringing and calls didn't show up in call logs? I lost $600.00 in overtime because of that issue. Cricket blamed LG, LG blamed Cricket. I finally went to Verizon thinking i still couldn't afford them. I was greeted by German Mercado. Right off the bat i was impressed with how he handled me because i was still angry missing the OT. He took his time with me and didn't try to oversell me knowing i had limited finances. He convinced me to buy the Samsung A50. I was hesitant because my whole family had several issues with Samsung's top models over the past few years but trusted German. I got the phone home and immediately had major issues with the screen having very little touch sensitivity. I tried fixes I found online but after 2 days I called German, quite upset and explained the problems. He again calmed me down and met me at the store. It didn't take him long to find out what was causing the problem. He has good knowledge of their phones because no where anywhere in the manual, Verizon help line or the internet was the answer. So now I'm very happy with a really good phone and only paying 80.00 per month for unlimited talk, text and data. I'm immensely grateful for German helping me out professionally and calmly.
