Holy yums!! This deli is amazing. I got the Godfather and it was delicious. They also have hot food items like eggplant parm. The staff is extremely nice as well.

So underrated for sandwiches. I’ve never had a bad sub from here and this place is a must for lunch when I’m in the area. The roast beef is incredible but my favorite is the chicken and eggplant with provolone. So good.

I hit this place when in the area, especially when heading sailing or to the beach. Sandwiches are great and the help is friendly. Usually call ahead about exit 55, and sandwiches are ready for pickup when we get there.

I tried the chicken cutlet on a hard roll with BBQ/L/T. I was very pleased and would definitely come back.

For my money, this is the quintessential CT grinder stop. Small town shop that's big on taste. Wish I was still local so I could visit weekly.

Great Deli. Passing through town and stopped to grab a sandwich. Friendly staff, great food and service. Bought a couple extra items that looked good, will be back again on our travels through town for sure.

I haven’t been down that way in about 15 years. When I saw the place was still open I stopped to order a meatball grinder because I remembered them the be one of the best EVER!!!
The next generation knows what works and haven’t changed a thing!!! Thank God!! Still the best food around, not just the meatball grinders!! 🤣

I love the grinders from this place, meats are good quality, I did notice they are adding less meat to the grinders, also the slices of cheese are veryyy thin lol, bread is delicious, I wish they have soft bread too (long rolls) not only crispy bread, overall great place, I definitely recommend this place

Great deli sandwiches and sides

Best subs and sandwiches on the shoreline, if not the state. You actually get enough meat, cheese, and toppings, and the price is similar if not cheaper than other places. Been eating here over 20yrs and don't plan to stop.

just stop driving and get here...delicious food for a quick lunch!!! decent variety, very fresh....also the prices are reasonable...bring the family, music was also great...delicious coffee...I loved their chicken, perfectly marinated. your taste buds will thank you. Clinton needs more places like this one

You really can't go wrong here. The paninis are all superb. The eggplant parm is particularly good. When they have the white Mac and cheese (Fridays), it's a must-have. All of the staff continue to wear masks post-mandate, so show a little solidarity and put one on while you're in their workplace.

Solid deli. Have what you want. Very busy so everything is fresh. Love these guys.

A favorite stop when we're visiting our family in Clinton. We love to grab subs and head to the beach. Absolutely delicious food. We appreciate the great staff too!

Saldamarco's has some of the best sandwiches around. I always go for one of their special subs: the godfather or the Morgan husky. Always super fresh and at a great price!

Hands down the best place to get a deli sandwich on the shoreline. The tuna is excellent and the chicken parm his nice and thin with a great sauce.

Drivong through town looking for a place to get a quick bite and tripped upon Saldamarco's. Staff were friendly and my chicken sandwich was Fresh and Flavorful.
