Don and crew did an amazing job in my house, both ,new hardwood floor for living room and new carpeting for the stairs. Couldn't be happier with the end result. Job was done quickly and professionally . Guys moved furniture, tore down and disposed of old carpeting , zero effort on my part. Definitely recommend and will hire again.

The owner came out at our request to show us some samples and price the supply of flooring. He had plenty of samples but we needed a specific color/finish to match another room. The flooring we needed was no longer being made. He gave us some advice about the samples and we picked a lovely floor which was as close as we could get for a match. The quote was very reasonable for the supply and also the fitting
Great turnaround from ordering to the installation - approx two and a half weeks. Installers were clean and tidy. The owner was very responsive to our questions before and after the order/installation.
I now love how my office space looks. I'd definitely have this company back if I need more work done.

Love my new flooring. Floor Coverings International removed my old carpets and baseboards and reinstalled my baseboards after installing LVP in my living room, hallways, 2 closets and 2 flights of stairs. Don was very pleasant to work with and went out of his way to assist me in finding LVP flooring to match a floor I had previously installed. The price was very fair and the workers, although they spoke little to no English, showed up on time, staggered my planks properly, undercut doorway trim, weren't wasteful with the materials, cleaned up after themselves and were done in 2 days, as planned. It's really hard to find honest, reliable contractors and I am more than pleased with my experience with Floor Coverings International. 5 Stars

Don came out on short notice and took measurements of our home. He showed us an assortment of carpet types of various price ranges. My wife and I picked a few options to get priced and he sent over a quote shortly thereafter. Once we decided on an option, we put a down payment on the carpet and Don sent over one of his guys to I stall. The carpet looks fantastic. I'm so happy we went with Don because he made it painless. Me and my partner were looking for a new flooring that would work better for our dog. We met with don and he gave the best solution for us at a reasonable price. It was a nice addition that he was friendly and understanding of all of our pets. We got the flooring installed a couple weeks later and couldn’t be happier. The floor looks amazing. I had Don come out and finish a project that was a sore subject in my house. After getting ‘stuck’ from a ‘friend’ who did carpet, I was left with an unfinished carpet job for almost 2 years. I sent a message for Floor Coverings International in Manchester to call me, and I have never seen a quicker response!!! Literally within a minute, my phone rang and it was Don, asking how he can help me. I explained the issue, and a couple days later, it was all resolved and the job was done. They did a great job (thanks to Greg as well), and did everything needed, and cleaned up after. I am so excited to finally have my carpet done, and wish i called sooner!!! I highly recommend Don and these guys for your flooring needs. I will certainly use them again!!! Thanks again!!!

Don was easy to work with answered all our questions and made the process of picking carpet easy. Then on install day, his team arrived on time, did exceptional work, and cleaned up after themselves. Would highly reccomend using Don for all your flooring needs.

They did an excellent job, the day he came to do the estimate he was very kind, very professional and very patient with us, he showed us all the options he had available, he answered all our questions, the work was completed in two business days and it turned out spectacular.

When reaching out to have my Carpet replaced I received a call back and personal visit from Don within just a few days. He was very knowledgeable and followed through with everything. Including dates and times he and the contractors would be there. I love the results and recommend them highly.

Very easy to work with. Fast efficient and floors look great. A bit pricier than I would have liked but a job well done and this was our first time getting floors so perhaps my pricing expectation was inaccurate
