I needed an over the range microwave and was told to go to Gene's. Tina was wonderful and searched her computer for a model that met my needs. It was also the price range I was hoping for. She got it in the next day and had it delivered. The guys who installed it did an excellent job. I'm very happy with the whole experience!

Excellent service from start to finish. Gene and Shirley were a pleasure to work with and their installers did a wonderful job setting up my new washer and dryer.

Excellent experience... I was shopping for a new dishwasher after my pump went. Gene's prices were the same as the big box stores and they had two guys out installing a new one the very next morning. Install cost was about $50 less than Lowes, PC Richards and other stores too. Those stores were booked out weeks on installs too, if they even had something in stock. The installers from Gene's did an excellent job as well - wiring, plumbing and the whole job look professionally done. I will definitely check with Gene's next time I'm in the market for a new appliance.

Excellent experience. We recently purchased a Freezer only for our basement. Decided two weeks later we also needed a fridge only. We purchased both from Gene's TV & Appliance. After our purchases we were very happy with our purchases. Our past purchases from local big box stores each time almost always turned out with nightmares. I could not say enough good about Gene's. From the Sales and service people right down to the delivery guys, it has been great!. Knowing if you have a problem down the road they stand behind the items they sell is worth every penny.

Absolutely LOVE Gene's!!! I will NEVER buy a TV from Best Buy again. I had the worst experience with Best Buy. They added everything imaginable to my order "in case I needed it for the installation". I ended up cancelling my entire order, delivery, extra's everything!!! I went to Gene's, bought a beautiful TV, better price, nothing extra added on until AFTER the install and only "IF" I needed it. The 2 men that installed my TV were fabulous!!! Can't say enough about the wonderful service I received!!! Gene's.....you have a customer for life!!!

I had a 1 year old dryer that stopped heating. Keith came out and replaced heating fuse. It was likely related to the exhaust from dryer being inadequate, tripping the heating switch. I made a slight change but 1 week later switch went again. Not their fault clearly. Keith came out and fixed it again and recommended changes for the exhaust. No charge. He said Happy Holidays and that was it. Nice to know there are still business's and employees that care about their customer base and value good work. Hard to find these days. I'd give more stars if possible. Nicely done.

We have had a wonderful experience with This place. We needed a new microwave, we had help selecting a new one, delivery, install, take away was easily done. The two Gentlemen, John & Bill that we’re here to install were very nice. They did a great job, lovely to us....I would recommend Gene’s to everybody....

Very friendly staff! I needed to replace a lid switch on my washing machine. Not only did they sell me the part cheaper than anywhere online, but Keith also gave me very detailed instructions on how to replace the switch myself. I've bought some electronics there as well and their prices are as good as, if not better than the big box stores.

Appliance prices reasonable. Small shop with years of experience selling and delivering appliances. Staff very helpful and the gentleman is very personable and funny. The only issue we had was the delivery price. Originally we were quoted $79 but when they realized delivery location, it went to $125. Huge difference for a short difference in their usual delivery area.

I cannot thank the two men who delivered our fridge enough. They were so friendly and loved our great Dane. They were respectful, efficient, and honestly just so pleasant.
Since our old fridge unexpectedly died on us, Glen really listened to our needs, especially the price that we could afford and pointed out the winner first try! I will be coming here from now on!!! Thank you thank you thank you!!

I talked to Keith about the problem I was having with my dryer and he told me how to fix it just by unplugging it and plug it back in and voila, it was back to normal. He saved me some money and I really appreciate his honesty. Great company and people!

Love this place. Never going to a big box store again for appliances. Their time is over.. Gene's TV are very knowledgable abour the products. Dont push you and give you personal service from start to finish. They back their products which is lost to the commericalism of the Big Bix Stores.
