O'Reilly Auto Parts

My first time in the store, very impressive and clean. They had everything we needed. The one part they didn't have, the manager Pete was able to get it to us within an hour! I'll definitely be back there. Prices were very reasonable also.

I went to this store to pick up an order I placed online. Abby took great care of me and did a good job of recognizing a problem with one of the parts that came in and was able to provide me with a good solution.
I purchased some other items while I was there. I will definitely be using this O'Reilly location in the future. It was not very crowded. The area seems safe. I like it...

Staff helpful and nice. Not the biggest selection of Car Care Products but with Pep Boys out of the retail business, not a lot of choices. It is concerning that there never seem to be many people there. Hope that changes and I like that they give a Veterans discount on purchases.

Excellent customer service! Probably the best I have ever seen in automotive store. Staff here are always willing to help the customer. Even with the basic things that many places no long do such as:

1.) they gave me a pleasant greeting of the day when I walked into the store.

2.) They immediately asked if there was something they could help me find.

3.) They carried my new battery to my car (even though I could lift it)

4.) They installed my new windshield wipers (even though I could do it)

These things may seem trivial, but good basic customer service can be hard to come by these days. 👏 👏 👏 👏

They are never busy when I go, but every time I am there they are fully stocked and have what I need. Their staff has always been helpful and answered any questions I have. With a handful of auto parts stores on the Berlin Turnpike and in the surrounding area alone, this place is the one I go to first and highly recommend. They deserve to get more business.

O'Reilly Auto Parts has been in Newington Connecticut for over a year now and after 3 visits to a competitor (see Autozone review) they helped me right away. I have never had such a hard time simply installing a battery 🔋 😪.
Thank for the help, it only took one trip and the employees smiled and made eye contact, refreshing 😀.
