I am so thankful for the staff at Essex Florist. I had to order funeral flowers for my mother this week. It was an emotional time and I wanted to make sure her flowers were perfect. I first contacted a competitor, that wanted to take my order over the phone. Bad idea. We went to Essex Florist and they welcomed us in. We pulled up pictures on two different computers, and the florist helped me to order exactly what we wanted. Mom’s flowers were beautiful! Thank you so much for your amazing customer service Essex Florist. I will never buy flowers from another florist again.

We had an excellent first time experience with Essex Florist & Greenhouses. I ordered flowers last minute for my mom’s work anniversary right before Christmas and they were delivered the same day and looked stunning.

I had to call them directly after I placed the online because I realized that the original flowers I ordered had mums, which my mom is allergic to. Sabrina (I believe her name was) was so kind and helpful and she was as able to replace the mums with something different that looked even better in my opinion. 1.5 weeks later, the flower arrangement still looks gorgeous and brand new.

I had to get an order last minute for a funeral and decided to use a local florist—I’m so glad I went with Essex florist & greenhouses. I not only couldn’t find a local florist beyond them who could deliver on time, but I double ordered, and they had to call to clarify certain things from my online order, as apparently I’m technologically inept 😂 I must have talked to them 4 times today and not once was there anything but kindness and patience from every person who answered the phone. I was so blown away by the customer service, their willingness to work with me, their abundant kindness. I genuinely couldn’t recommend them enough.

I love this florist. They are very creative, great prices and fast. The bouquet she provided for my sister's 70th birthday was so impressive. Great value, great service.

I have purchased several floral arrangements for my wife recently and they have been just beautiful. She had an arrangement in the hospital that lasted for at least a week. I just got her a few roses for Valentines Day and they are gorgeous. The buds were perfect and they are opening perfectly round and beautiful. The addition of some baby's breath really adds to the vase. They obviously purchase top quality flowers for them to last the way they do.I would recommend using them for any of your floral needs!

They did an AMAZING job on my mothers funeral flowers! All the arrangements were lovely! I have been with them for about 6 years. They do great work and will make orders in whatever colors you like. Wish I could give more than 5 stars need 10. Thank you!

I just have to say I was truly impressed with how my preserved bouquet that ms. Donna worked on came out! When I brought her my flowers the day after my wedding (10/27/19 brought them in 10/28/19) she was super impressed with how great their condition was and told me they would dry almost perfect and she was right! I will be recommending her services to everyone I know. It was a little bit delayed because ms. Donna had a surprise surgery she didnt expect but that was no problem at all :)

The customer service was top notch, they were polite and made the whole process quick and painless. Even though I had never made a purchase there before, they gave me the option to pay at the time of ordering or picking up. And I should mention that what I ordered was an arrangement of a dozen red roses for my girlfriend on Valentine's day so needless to say, this was very important. I am certainly not an expert but I have purchased roses and other flowers many times from many different florists in my life and I have to say Essex Florist & Greenhouses does it right. They nailed it. The arrangement was simple, classy, and beautiful. The flowers were in perfect shape and looked magnificent. The girlfriend loved them. She was absolutely thrilled. AND the price was very reasonable. In fact, I found their prices to be less than what I expected (how often does that happen today?). I would recommend Essex Florist & Greenhouses to anyone and I will certainly go back to them.

My husband and I live in Florida, but we got married in Maryland. We had no idea where to go for our flowers. We were directed by the venue to several florists, all who seemed more interested in selling us flowers than listening to our ideas. I cannot say that I know a lot about flowers, but I do know what I like, and I really did not like being told what my preferences should be by someone who does not know me. A friend suggested Bridal Creations by Essex Florist & Greenhouses. I would recommend them highly. Prior consultations made me feel as if I were an inconvenience, but Donna and her staff at Bridal Creations were very welcoming. She spent over an hour with me, listening to my ideas, looking at pictures I saved on my Pinterest board, and showing me live flowers. (No one ever took the time at any of my previous consultations to show me actual flowers). Working with Donna was fun and I felt like I had made a good friend rather than just book a service. The thing I really loved the best about her was that whenever I would asker her a question about something, she would ask me what would make me happy. Donna totally worked with me. She even let me come the day before my wedding to view my flowers to make sure everything was how I wanted it to be. As if her service could not get better, she preserved my wedding bouquet in a frame that she helped me custom design. It is such a beautiful keepsake that captures the memory of such a meaningful day in my life! To Donna and her staff, thank you so much for all your hard work and help!!! You are the best!!

Beautiful work done by very talented designers. Their flowers last so much longer then any other florist I have ever used. Their designs and creativity is amazing. I would highly recommend this flower shop I use them often even though live in Owings Mills. Keep up the good work !!!!

We live out of the area and needed a florist for funeral flowers. Essex Florist did an excellent job. The flowers were beautiful and so many compliments. We highly recommend this establishment.

Today I ordered the Happy Face Mug for my mother, who is currently at Franklin Woods. I wanted something little to brighten her day, and this arrangement did just that. She was so happy to receive it and loved it. Being a floral designer myself for 28 years, I'm so thankful I was able to find a florist in Maryland to fulfill my request.

I like Essex Florist, it is family owned. I purchase flowers from him and when I rum events, I go see Dave. Everyone is so nice, they work with you to give you the best bouquet arrangement, better then what you would purchase at a grocery store. Best place in Essex.

1 was very, very happy with the small casket flower that I ordered. They went beyond what I ordered & I was super surprised how beautiful the arrangement was,I wished I would have taken a picture of it! Too late now ,but I was totally impressed & would not hesitate to order all my flowers from them. Thank you, thank you!!!

I've known Donna and her team for many years. Her floral expertise is unmatched. Love that she gives brides to option of preserving their bouquets..don't know any other florist who offers that! Customer service is the best I've ever experienced. They even offered custom arrangement. The flowers I sent were even prettiest than they looked on the website. I will definetly order from here again.

I have made a huge mistake and wish to fix it. I ordered a plant from another florist named, Essex Florist, that was the one that did not make the delivery. I apologize to the owner of the business, and am trying to rectify my error
