They are very friendly, compassionate, caring, helpful, knowledgeable and professional. I am not one to usually leave reviews but I had to make sure I did today. We have been working directly with Rich Cyr at TD Bank in Torrington and our experience was nothing short of amazing and helpful during a very stressful home closing time. Rich was so responsive, understanding, helpful and professional. He is a tremendous asset to TD Bank!!

I have been a TD Bank customer for over 10 years and I have used a variety of branches when I needed their banking services. Being able to compare those experiences certainly gives me perspective when I give this branch a 5-star review. After recently changing job locations I needed to form a new relationship with a new TD branch and I have done so with the location in Torrington, CT. Not only have I been welcomed as TD Bank account holder, but I have also been treated with high service levels and a great deal of appreciation for my business with the bank. For example, while being in the middle of an out of state real estate purchase I needed to: make multiple deposits, initiate out of state wire transfers, to get copies of account statements and to have a mortgage document package notarized. On every occasion I was greeted with a kind “hello” and “how can we help you today!”. I would like to personally thank Lisa, Nicole, Katherine (Kat) and Peter for all their help. To sum it up, I would not have been able to get this purchase done without each one of them helping me along the way. And when I called on Peter (the branch manager) at 1:30pm on a Thursday afternoon to help me with 137 pages of documents that needed review, signature and notarization, he said “come on down, I’ll be waiting for you!”. Nicole's customer service is outstanding. I forgot to call to confirm a cash order and she thoughtfully put the order in for me regardless. When I called late she said "she figured I still needed it just didn't get a chance to call" Absolutely thrilled with that level of thoughtfulness.

Nothing wrong with the bank. Just over the phone experience is terrible

Staff was extremely rude over the phone. Lady was nasty and talked down to me. I asked to speak to the manager and lady responded with “my managers gonna tell you the same thing but yup”. Manager was extremely more helpful and polite. Staff definitely need training on customer service and how to talk to people.

The staff is ok, but the issue is they won’t get your things done . They will promise it will be done but nothing . So disappointed

Bad service, the staff needs a lot of training to they know how to deal with customers,or TD bank need to change staff.

The staff doesn't know to respect the costumers
