Cremation society of Connecticut.
My brother, Peter died last winter. He had a stroke and traumatic brain injury last July and did not recover.
Close friends recommended cremation society of Connecticut after their family member was cremated by the society. I contacted cremation society of Connecticut just before Peter's death and became a member. I appreciate how well the cremation went and how professional everone was. Tanner and Meredith were very knowledgeable, compassionate and professional. I was thankful for their help during this sad time. The cremation society of Connecticut is an excellent service. I highly recommend them to everyone looking into cremation for a loved one. Thank you, David Sammis.

I just want to say Merideth with the Cremation Society of Connecticut was amazing. Obviously it was a very difficult time, me and my sister didn't know what to do and Merideth was Beyond helpful every step of the way she was so nice, made us feel comfortable and actually made us feel a little better. She went out of her way to make sure it was done on time and the way we wanted it. Everything came out amazing. Thank you Meredith, we really appreciate you and everything you did for us.

Meredith was absolutely amazing in helping with the arranging of my mother's service. The setting and service were absolutely beautiful. Many thanks to The Cremation Society of Connecticut for making such a difficult time so easy.

This was, naturally, a very difficult time. Cremation Society of Connecticut was wonderfully helpful -- they explained options and how things worked -- they were very patient with me. They were highly sensitive, and made things as easy as possible. I will always remember their kindness.

The Cremation Society of Connecticut took care of my husband's body as efficiently and respectfully as possible. I had signed up and prepaid last year, knowing the end was in sight. The representatives were pleasant and kind through every step and answered all my questions. I especially enjoyed working with Tanner Wilson, who has impeccable manners and follow through on all details. He even brought the ashes home to me. As strange as it may sound, it was a pleasure, especially as I mourn. The caring was tangible.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. We became members of the Cremation Society of CT a few months ago. I didn't expect to need their services so soon and then my wife passed away unexpectedly. I called the office and Merideth answered. She located the membership(s) immediately and assured me they would take over from there. She told me not to worry about anything and she would go over more details the next day if I was up to it. She made this process so much easier for me.
I liked the fact that the Cremation Society of Connecticut is owned by the parent company Carmon Funeral Homes, Inc The crematory is owned by them and located in Windsor, CT. No third-party involvement.
They offer many services and I highly recommend them.

After The absolute horrible experience at the Hospital in which my father received minimal care, and a doctors staff that had absolutely zero communication abilities within their own circles. I was banging my head against a wall. After my father had passed, I called the CT cremation society because I had zero faith that they hospital would do what they said they would do and that is to call the Cremation Society. When I called Meredith answered the phone. At that moment I was still very angry over the care my father received. Meredith took all my information and told me that if I do not receive a call back in 10 min to call her immediately. 3 min later I received a call from her supervisor. At that moment I was extremely impressed. This cremation Society is a true blessing, and the people that I have interacted with have been and continue to take care of my father, and always provide updates on my fathers remains, and continually inform me of the next step.

In 2017, a family member was in need of a reasonable... creamation service. I referred(Carmon Furneral Service) Cremation Society of Connecticut. They provided the upmost caring, courteous, comforting and reassuring cremation service from start to finish. I was so amazed, pleased and totally satisfied. To this present day I have referred five more families and everyone's just as pleased with(Carmon Funeral Home) Creamtion Society's service. They're definitely give you that sense of security in your time of need. Thanks so much and continue to give everyone that excellent service that I have always received.

Joined Cremation Society based on their "no hidden fees" website pricing. When it came time to plan my father's cremation, it went from $1295 to $3300. That a lot of hidden fees when you're not expecting any additional costs in a tragic time. Very disappointed, would not recommend you joining this scam.
