Extra Space Storage

We have been with this storage facility for almost 6 years now and moved units multiple times. We have always had a very clean unit waiting for us, and the grounds around the facility are always kept pristine. The customer service is amazing and they are very communicative with their clients. During a recent (and very large) move, the staff went above and beyond to help make everything very easy for us. We appreciate them and highly recommend Avon Extra Space Storage!

I’ve been renting a storage space for several years, and Jennifer has always been available to help and provide assistance. She is knowledgeable, professional and she goes out of her way to provide assistance. Jen is a one of the reasons we’ve maintained our unit for so long! Highly recommend.

Jennifer and her staff have been wonderful during the three years I have stored items at Extra Space Storage (legacy Avon Self Storage). Jennifer is very pleasant, knowledgeable about the facility and picks up the phone quickly whenever I called.

She has always been extremely knowledgeable about the different storage options available and was able to help me find the perfect unit for my needs.

Throughout the years, Jennifer has been patient and understanding, taking the time to answer all of my questions and address any concerns I had. She was always available when I needed her, and I never felt like I was bothering her with my requests.

What really stood out to me about Jennifer was her attention to detail. She made sure that everything was in order before I moved my belongings into the unit, and even took the time to show me the best way to store my items to maximize space.

Quite honestly, the only reason I’ve stayed with Extra Space Storage is because of Jennifer.

I had a storage unit at Avon Storage / Extra Space Storage for about 8 years and had a very good experience - clean facility, easy to work with people, safe, secure. The only minor issue I had was that my things did get very dusty inside my storage unit on a consistent basis - not sure how that was happening - they aren’t airtight units so figured it was just because the wind was blowing dust around outside and it was finding its way in. I just had to make sure that important things like upholstered chairs were covered well. But overall very good experience and would not hesitate to go back if I needed storage again.

Jennifer Centofanti at Extra Space Storage in Avon, CT is an excellent Site Manager! She is attentive to customers' needs and results oriented. I am overseas for an extended period with limited access to my mail or information about changes to my storage contract. When a recent (significant) fee increase was applied and I had no notice of it, she worked with her management to reduce the fee to a reasonable amount and credit the overcharged amount to next month's automatic payment. I have been a customer for 2 years now and this is the kind of customer service that will keep me around for longer! Thanks Jennifer!!

Worked with Jennifer at Avon location to rent a climate-controlled storage unit for short-term use. She was very professional, honest, and helpful and answered all of our questions. She showed us two different storage units so we could decide which size unit we needed to rent. The buildings looked very clean, secure, and well-maintained. Highly recommend.
