Like most auto parts stores, They have an available scanner to scan and help aid in diagnosting your car. I quickly found out that it was an oxygen sensor. I had peace of mind knowing I could drive my car for another few weeks until I got my veterans disability check. The manager Derek, is extremely helpful despite my dog being a prick. When it came time to replacing the O2 sensor, I used their rent a tool program to accomplish the job. All the staff is very helpful. They also have a very nice selection of smaller products you wouldn't expect to find for your turbocharged Subaru. I found a extremely quality fuel injector cleaner as well as a oil friction reducer additive. Even when I bring my kids in and they sometimes don't listen and run through the aisles, the staff doesn't treat them in differently nor myself. A+

I was having a weird problem with my car battery that I bought from this store, and they were able to test it and replace it 100% free of charge because it was still under warranty! They also helped me pick out and install windshield wipers which I really appreciated. It started snowing on my drive there so I really appreciated them still being willing to help me out even in the snow. Both times I've been here have been great experiences, I'm really impressed with their great customer service

The place where Men hang their hat. No curtains, housewares. Just automotive products and parts. I was there for much needed motor oil and filter. Date night material there...yeah, so walked in and walked out with oil and filter in hand. Oil changed and truck is back in action. Advance Auto? Good people, good prices. Good times!

Great people work here and they're inventory is always on tip top shape. Been to places where inventory is always a issue but you can expect inventory to be correct. This should be your first stop ❤

I needed a battery for my car that day. Advance Auto had what I needed in stock for a fair price. The young man behind the counter was very friendly and helpful. He didn't try to upsell me or convince me I needed anything extra. He was happy to install it and did the job quickly and well. This will be my first stop the next time I need parts.

Went here in a bit of a panic because I don't know the first thing about cars but needed a new battery. The kid working there tested my battery and installed a new one very quickly. He also explained a few things to me as he worked and tightened some loose connections that were contributing to my battery problem so the fix would be long lasting. I don't expect to have any more problems but if I do I'm going here first.

They were very helpful picking out my battery and installing it. The staff was nice and knowledgeable

Rob at the Torrington branch is the man!!! Extremely knowledgeable, informative and overall a pleasure to deal with. Somehow he was able to make buying brakes an enjoyable experience.
