This office is beyond amazing!! Jenn is a great asset to the office! They all go above and beyond but jenn wow she is simply amazing no judgment just there for you in whatever you need!!! Jen your a angel walking earth thank you for all you have done!!!

I love Dr. CLuett, and I love the staff. I have been going to her office for years, but really got to know Dr. Cluett well when I became pregnant with my first baby. I grew to value her opion and trust her completely, very quickly. I am a worrier, and was especially anxious throughout my first pregnancy. She really kept me seeing things rationally and helped ease my anxiety at every turn. I am now pregnant with my second, and would never dream of seeing anyone else through this pregnancy.

My wife goes here she is so welcoming and the customer service is fantastic! She is so cute she knows what she is talking about 💯

I truly feel disappointed while writing this but this was not at all what I thought it would be. I started going to this practice during Covid while I was pregnant with my daughter. When I started, I remember dr. Cluett didn’t even know my name and barely remembered me, it wasn’t until I changed practices @7 months pregnant then went back to her my last month that she remembered me by name. Since I’ve had my daughter I’d make appointments and wouldn’t get a confirmation call, by the 3rd appointment I missed I told them I really need a confirmation call to be reminded of my visit. They wouldn’t call, usually when they would call and I wasn’t able to answer they’d leave a voicemail BUT I haven’t gotten any voicemails. I started to feel as though I wasn’t a priority in this office. I was just there this morning and had an appointment for 9:15AM and when I finally get there everyone was being called before me and I have to be at work for 10. I also told them that as-well. I also work at a dental office so I know how the front desks are supposed to handle the schedule. None the less, when your pregnant your important. Once you give birth, forget it! I knew it was going to be an issue when I addressed not receiving confirmation calls before the date of my appointment, the best person there is Jenn she’s always so respectful and sweet & beyond helpful ! Definitely deserves to be recognized for all she does in this practice. Also the hours to be able to see this doctor is very inconvenient

If I could give ZERO stars I would! This woman should NOT be in this profession….when her patients are miscarrying she treats them as though they’re bothering her and that they’ve done something wrong! Not only is she a problem and her license be taken away but her front desk staff are completely incompetent! Takes them days to send emergency blood work orders to the lab…IF they send them at all!!!! Do NOT use this “doctor” unless you want to be treated like trash and have useless front desk staff NOT do their jobs……Do yourselves a favor and find a GOOD COMPASSIONATE doctor with staff that knows how to at least hit one button…..
