Very nice Stop & Shop! Excellent assortment of seasonal flowers! Enjoy the delicious Starbucks in store!! That is a rare find for sure! The bakery was professional and skilled at their jobs. Also very pleasant. I will definitely be going back to this supermarket when I am down this way.

Clean store with friendly staff.
The shelves are always stocked.
The deli, seafood and specialty meat staff are professional and quick. There usually isn't much of a wait. Always quick self checkout!

Huge selection of fresh food and other options. They are a pea pod store so move a large volume per a manager. Amazing seafood.

I've been shopping at Cromwell stop& shop for over 10-15 years and I really like this store a lot. I even like the employees that are there. My only negative comment is over the last year and a half, more and more. I keep seeing people that think it's okay to bring their little dogs and put them in shopping carts and shop with them. And these are not service dogs. They're not wearing any of the vest or identification as such Today. I even went to the front door to double check to see if there was a no pet sign and there was. I even saw a lady today walk by several associates and even a manager and not one of them gave her a glance. I love dogs.,don't get me wrong, I just don't think the grocery store is where pets should be.

Pharmacy was super helpful and the store is beautiful. Anything you need they have.

I was looking for something to eat immediately... I love chicken, so, I was looking at chicken and then I went to the Sushi bar and the wonderful young lady gave me a sample, it was wonderful!!! So, naturally I picked that, the same one she gave me...
It was delicious and I picked the same thing she gave me.... I ate the whole thing in my car and felt great!!! So much so, I went back inside and thanked her, she was very happy and so was I!!! What a wonderful experience!!! It was awesome and a wonderful experience!!!

Stop & Shop has everything I need, and, since the stores are laid out similarly, I can find what I need. The floors are clean, the shelves are stocked, and the aisles are well-lit. There's usually no wait for the self check-out machines. I would rather have a cashier.

Once I pointed to a manager that this store doesn't have a farmers cheese. It was a true. Manager approached me when I returned to a store , and he gave me 2 pieces free of charge of farmers cheese. He thank me for pointing out article which was not available before. Stop and shop has excellent selection and professional service.

Since this store was near to me, i have shopped here atleast a few hundred times over the past few years. I always had good experience shopping here. Its always stocked up and i never had problem finding stuff. The self checkout lanes have made checking out faster. The staff has always been courteous and helpful.

Not too crowded at 5 pm on Friday evening. Most items were well stocked and sale items were labeled clearly. I don't shop at this location often so I had to double back from the frozen food aisle when I remembered where they put the cheese and yogurt. The bagger at the checkout did a great job organizing the bags and not making them too heavy.

All the employees were very helpful and friendly. The store was very clean and inviting.

Good place, not so good prices, need to shop sales and specials bit stl sometimes cheaper from shop right.

I usually go to other groceries stores every since Shop Rite came but I decided to try it out again. Every single employee that saw me asked if I needed help or said hello. Even down to the carriage man. A woman came over quick and helped put groceries in my cart. Really good experience!

Always clean, organize and the employees are always helpful. Full range of organic, vegan, gluten free. Luscious produce and ready to go foods are great. Sushi bar is new but have yet to try.

Great place to shop for sales

On Saturday, July 27, 2017, I stopped to get gas at the Stop and Shop gas station. I used my debit card to pay for my gas. When I realized that every cent in my checking account was being held, I cancelled the order at the pump. However, the pre-authorization, was not released even though I didn't get one cent of gas!!!!!! I spoke to the employee at the gas station and he told me I had to go speak to someone in customer service at the Stop and Shop next door. I spoke with Lakeisha, who is a supervisor at Stop and Shop. I explained what happened and showed her that every cent in my checking account wasn't released when I cancelled the order. This woman went ABSOLUTELY above and beyond to help me. She explained what I needed to do and made sure I was able to put gas in my car by giving me a complimentary gift card!!! I didn't ask her to do that, she offered it to me on her own!! I wouldn't have been able to continue working had she not done that for me!!! Her customer service skills are outstanding and something missing in this society!! I'm so appreciative and grateful for her STELLAR customer service!!! Thank you so very much Lakeisa for what you did for me!!

I love that store. Some say it's expensive, but ill pay a little extra for a great shopping experience. Also, if you stick to coupons and sales, its not expensive at all. Also... i like scanning my own food while I'm shopping, AND that weirdo robot that runs around the store 😁🤖🤗

Love stop and shop - might want to bump up the cashiers and have a little in house customer service training - otherwise the festive fall flowers and produce is uplifting. Stay away from that robot moron - that good for nothing drives me crazy. Oh the other shopper are more helpful than the employees

Love this store. They now have scales in the produce department where you can print out your own price sticker with the bar code. It saves a lot of time at the self check out line.
