Nardelli's Grinder Shoppe

We went to Naedelli's and got a meatball grinder and the ""Italian". They were both amazing. Every time I go the food is great and the staff are even better. I can't wait to go back.

I have a special story about this place. I ordered ahead for us wrestling coaches on a meet night, and when I got there, I realized that my wallet was missing. I looked everywhere, but knew I had it on me earlier that day. I usually have cash, but this one day I did not. I apologized to the manager and explained what happened and that I was sorry. Not only did he want me to take the sandwiches anyway, but he asked me if I needed some cash to get me through the rest of my day!!!
I was blown away. I assured him that I would pay him back and sent someone there later that evening with money for him (as I wasn't able to return myself because of my match that night).
I'll never forget that level of service, and always return.
I love their Sandwiches, drinks, sides, desserts, and chip selection.
Nardellis is my favorite thing to eat on the deck at my place at the beach.

The "half" sandwich was the size of my head. Great value. Delicious. Everything comes with hot sauce; be sure to ask for no hot sauce if you don't like spicy.

The hot ham & turkey club (no hot sauce, add pickle and onion) was SO GOOD. Ham and bacon and flavorful veggies. 🤤 Happy Vivi. 😁

Great food, and the staff was prompt and friendly. I wish I lived closer so that I could frequent this place!

The grinder was delicious and one of the best I have had. The employees were very nice and accommodating. The atmosphere was welcoming and clean. I will definitely be back.

I never new this place was even here. This is exactly want Glastonbury, CT smells like. A streamline of the perfect mix of home style, modern favorites and amazing desserts. Excellent, friendly employees all the way around.

Delicious meatball grinder. Needed more sauce which they graciously provided. Price was high though.

I visited Nardelli's from Florida. Jay and Jeremiah are the best. They both have great customer service skills and accommodated my order. Whenever I visit again I'll be sure to go to this location. Keep up the good work guys!!!!

Good sandwiches at decent prices. They have plant-based options as well which is awesome and the reason I come here over any other sandwich place!! The vegan Italian combo is so good! They have vegan cheese and mayo too.

We’ve been going to various Nardelli’s grinder shops for over 10 years. We’d never been to this one sand they did not disappoint. Clean, friendly staff, delicious grinders with a nice eat in option

Very nice chicken parm grinder. Also was happy to see broccoli n cavatelli salad ...so I took some to go...had to try ants very good. Just moved to town n I think I found my sandwich spot.

Highly recommend! They catered a party for me on memorial day weekend even though they were closed. Cassandra worked with me to figure out how much and what to order. The sandwiches and salads were a huge hit. Everything was delivered correctly and right on time and included salad spoons and condiments. Everyone was asking where I ordered from. I will use them again.

Stopped at Nardelli’s during a long road trip. We were impressed with the welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff. Most importantly, the subs were delicious and a great value too. The ingredients were fresh and the bread was plump. We will be stopping here more often when we get the chance on future trips, or make trips just to go honestly.

We went for the first time and we will be back. We got the turkey and it's rare to find a place that does not have salty deli meat. This sandwich was so good. We also got the tomato mozzarella salad. So good.

Nardelli's is a great sandwich shop! So happy that it's only a few minutes from my office. The cold cuts are always fresh. They have plenty of items for hot grinders as well. I always get everything. Gotta add a little hot sauce as well.

Best (insert grinder type here) ever. For the same price as a garbage Subway sandwich. Each grinder is at least two meals. We're talking 3 lbs of sandwich. But I've ate an entire one before just based on taste. The Italian, Turkey club, and pastrami club are nothing like you've ever had. The bread is fresh. I highly recommend some tortellini salad on the side. The different kinds of stuffed peppers are wonderful.

last Saturday my son and I went to this location (East Hartford) before the Uconn football game. The hours were listed wrong on the web site but the manager took us in any ways and made some great sandwiches. We got the tailgate on time. Great Service!!!!!!

Awesome sandwiches. Piled high with meat (not scrimped by any means) and furnished with variety of toppings of choice or standard everything. You get a sandwich which you can be truly regard as being better than other shops. A large sandwich provides meal for lunch and dinner later. Yes, there are great sandwich shops throughout CT, but Nardelli’s is a shop that I would compare all the others too. Exceptional service in East Hartford. Cold beverage yes. Turns a quick stop for lunch (fuel) into something really and markedly rewarding. Your taste buds will thank you later. Enjoy!
