Outstanding, dependable and honest service! My GE freezer “died” and I sensed I may need to buy new. However, Michael returned my call promptly and offered advice, but I wisely opted for a service call. He arrived on-time only a few hours later and instantly recognized and fixed the issue. I saved over $1000+ on a new one, not to mention all the freezer food. Over the years when I need help Avon Appliance was always there. They have the most experience and do the very professional installs which avoids problems later. I feel fortunate Avon Appliance is local and that I can rely on their experience for advice and service so I always buy my appliances from there!

They are the best repair company around. They always return your call and they almost always come the same day. Their prices are the best and you don't have to worry about being over charged. Recentely they replaced a refrigerator of mine. It was removed and replaced with one they happen to have in their store. It was a side by side fridge. So for install and removal of old fridge cost under $400.00! you can't beat that.!

Timely service; had a busy day and still came at 5:00 rather than canceling. Inexpensive, didn't charge any more for parts than it would have cost me buying myself on the internet.

They came and installed a dishwasher, stove, fridge and a new washer and dryer. Always willing to help and find a price point that meets your needs. Great delivery and service. I will go back for any future appliances and would recommend to everyone!
