This place is such a gem in Canton. They have a great selection and even better people who are attentive and aiming to help you find what you want without up selling you on something you don't need. Never need to go any other appliance store

I purchased a kitchen aid dishwasher from Matt in July. My old one was 12+ yrs old & had been slowly dying. I hadn’t expected to spend $848.00 ( it had been awhile) but boy was it worth it. It is so quiet I don’t even know it’s on & it does a fabulous job of cleaning the dishes. I purchased one that has a 3 rd flat shelf for silverware which I love… makes it so much easier to unload the dishwasher. It also has the traditional basket if you prefer that.
Matt hooked us up with Hebert Installations. Keith was wonderful, called when he said he would & showed up when he said he would. Installed the new one without issue & took the old one away.
I had a terrible experience with delivery from SK Lavery in the past & did not want to deal with that again.
I will be returning to Mannys for any future appliance purchases .
You get what you pay for & I was very pleased with Mannys & would highly recommend.

I had a fantastic experience buying a refrigerator from Manny's. I had purchased the same refrigerator from Home Depot, and after a month of spotty communication and several failed delivery attempts, I was at my wit's end. I called Manny's, and their highly professional sales staff (shout out to Michael) assured me that their in-house delivery team would deliver the refrigerator within 4 days. Michael personally called and emailed me to verify my order and confirm the delivery date. True to their word, Manny's delivery team arrived at my doorstep and installed my new refrigerator 4 days later, with no issues. The delivery team was punctual, professional, and friendly. They took the time to make sure the refrigerator was set up properly, and gave helpful guidance for setup and use. I will be returning to Manny's for all of my future appliances.

The prices were right, but more importantly Mike was awesome. Very transparent, and he listened to what it was we were looking for and didn't push. I'll likely never buy another appliance anywhere else, and if I can keep buying from Mike I will... We got a delivery window of 11-4 within the next few days and the delivery guys were there right at 11. I regret not getting their names because they were certainly worth a mention here as well. Our home didn't make it easy for them to get a new oven, microwave, and fridge in and they did it quickly and methodically. There isn't a thing they could have done to improve the experience.

Professional atmosphere (despite the club music you could hear from the gym next door!) with a good display of appliances. Friendly and knowledgeable sales staff. I can't help but feel a bit like I was a little overly pressured to purchase their most expensive extended warranty but at a glance it does seem to offer good coverage - I guess time till tell if it was worth it. Delivery was scheduled for the following week. The delivery guys were great, very personable and knew what they were doing.

Overall, unhappy to have had to buy a new fridge but I guess if ya gotta do it Manny's will make the experience as painless as possible.

Great all around staff and service. Patient and helpful with a custom order. Even helped us find a cabinet maker to do custom door panes for the dishwasher and fridge. Went as far as helping chop ice on the walkway so we could take delivery during the winter!

I can highly recommend Manny's for all your appliance needs. I worked with Jonathan in the Canton store, who was very honest, upfront and no pressure. He was a pleasure to work with. His staff was also very friendly. The installers were pleasant and respectful as well. They were also timely, received a text that they were 20 minutes out and Bingo they were at my door. Thanks to Jamie & Austin (installers) and especially to Jonathan for the great service.

We would highly recommend Manny's Appliance in Canton, CT. We were in urgent need of a new refrigerator as our 13 year old one stopped running on a Wednesday. We had heard good things about Manny's so on Thursday started looking for a replacement there. Jim was very attentive and told us what was available for immediate delivery. Many appliances were on back order and not available for months. After checking inventory and re-checking measurements to make sure the new refrigerator would fit in it's spot under cabinets, Jim assured us he had what we were looking for with a delivery date on Saturday. The two delivery men came during their scheduled time and did a great job removing the old refrigerator and installing our new Maytag.

I would recommend Manny's Appliances in Canton to ANYONE. From the minute we entered the store, we had an amazing experience. Our sales person Jim was so helpful and did not pressure us into any purchase. We had specific ideas about what we wanted and Jim took the time to go through ALL of our options. We left, measured the space to make sure it would fit, and we purchased our refrigerator that day. Our refrigerator was delivered in a few days and the delivery service and people were wonderful. They took the old fridge and it was so easy.
We will be returning to Manny's for a dishwasher next. Thank you for the great service.

We enjoyed the "no hassle" shopping experience. Our salesperson Tim found exactly what we needed and matched the price of the box stores nearby. Setting up delivery was fast and easy. Would highly recommend and we will return for future buys. Thanks again!

What a wonderful experience I had looking for a Washer ,dryer and dishwasher at Mannys. I walked in not really knowing what I was doing and I was approached by Dave right away. What a knowledgeable, forth coming and kind sales man. I usually feel intimidated because I really have no idea what to really ask but Dave made me feel very comfortable. He even came to my house to measure because I wasn't really sure my measurements were precise. My husband came back with me the next evening and Dave again greeted us with a smile. There was a dishwasher that I liked that another customer had first dibbs on and Dave remembered that I really liked it and said "By the way, we're getting that dishwasher back in stock this week." I was so excited. Dave could have sold me a floor sample but he knew how much I loved the dishwasher. So, I recommend you see Dave at Manny's if you want a great experience, someone who knows his stuff, great prices and warm smile. Shopping for appliances is maybe my least favorite thing to do. But this place was pretty awesome. We went to buy a washer because ours finally crapped the bed. It was quick and painless and the sales guy was helpful and knowledgeable. Going to Best Buy or other stores, I find that the sales folks are not knowledgeable and cannot answer simple questions sometimes. So this was a nice experience. I would recommend this place over other appliance stores.

This winter/spring, we bought new kitchen appliances. We were very impressed with the wide selection of appliances and the competitive pricing. Most of all, the sales professional with whom we worked, Joe, was exceptional. He was knowledgeable, friendly and made excellent suggestions. Joe was not pushy but instead put in the effort to understand our needs and expectations. We have since referred others to Manny's and Joe in particular. Many thanks for such an excellent experience! This blows-away the big boxes, by far!

Great experience buying our new wall oven! Our salesperson, Jim, was friendly, down-to-earth and accommodating at every step of the process. He assessed our needs, secured an oven that fit our space and budget to be brought into the store, delivered and installed the next day. Transparent about pricing and we felt he worked to get us the best possible deal (rebates, fees, etc.) Installer, Keith, was friendly & resourceful when he ran into unforeseen problems with our cabinetry & electrical. The oven works well, looks great and has nice features. Will definitely shop here again for future appliance needs and recommend you to do the same!

Ordered a 42 in Dacor Refrigerator. Because of supply issues it took some time. Manny's was great in keeping me informed of the progress of receiving the Dacor. Also, there was problem with the shipping and installation, and it was quickly resolved by Manny's to my satisfaction. I recommend Manny's very highly and would not hesitate to order future appliances from them.

Mannies is a great place to do business. The salesmen are friendly, extremely helpful and give you their undivided attention. With Jim's help we were able to find new appliances for our kitchen and stay within budget. He also gave us great advice when it came to deciding between the look of an appliance vs the efficiency and saved us a bunch of money at the same time. I highly recommend doing business with Manny's for all your appliance needs!

We are building a house and we purchased all of our appliances from Manny’s in Canton, CT. Darryl was our advisor (he previously owned the store). His knowledge of appliances is outstanding. A true professional! He spent hours with us suggesting what would work and helping us make our decisions. Manny’s beat the box stores and membership clubs on price. A great experience!

I recently purchased some appliances for my daughter's new house. I live out of state and was not able to be involved in the appliance choices My daughter went to Manny's and was very nervous about making decisions without me there. She worked with Darryl and said that he was patient , knowledgeable and she felt he spent extra time to ensure she felt comfortable with her choices and my purchase. All said and done, he put together an amazing package for my daughter and didn't break my bank. Kudos to Manny's for hiring Darryl. Great Experience

They have friendly staff willing to help you make good decisions, and the delivery/installation crew was also very nice. They had a good range of products in terms of design and price, and you can find good deals. It was also fairly quiet when I went in, so the process was pretty quick as well.

These guys were fabulous! From the initial meeting to delivery they were professional, courteous,kind, and went over and beyond to help my husband & I transition from our cross country move. When another company messed up the installation they still made it right on our end. I cannot say enough good things about these gentlemen. They will not only have our return business in our upcoming forever home, but my very large family’s as well. Great store, great appliances, great value,& a great attitude!
