Don and Scott are friendly and knowledgeable, and they are quick to respond when contacted, even right in the middle of installation by their crew. Speaking of their crew, the guys were also friendly, quick, professional, and took pride in their work. Best of all, the price for the whole job was less than half what we were quoted at that other place (you know the one, it's the big one around here).

Don Petits Store of floors is amazing. Very professional, clean, they give great ideas and work with your schedule. They are very accommodating as we needed time to paint all our bedrooms prior to the carpet being installed. They made several trips out to our house and carpeted two rooms at a time so that we could move furniture around. I highly recommend them for your carpet needs. 5+ stars!

I couldn't be happier with our experience! Don and all his employees were super friendly and professional, they had a huge selection to choose from, and a frankly unbeatable price (literally half of what a competing store quoted me). Awesome place, tons of options to choose from and pricing is good. Don knows his stuff, was thinking of going with a larger tile, but he explained the pros and cons that go along with it. My order came in quickly and I will definitely recommend to anyone in need of flooring.

Father and son gave conflicting information, father was rude and treated me like an idiot because I was given different information by his son and was confused. Also never sent me a quote that he kept promising to send, that I’ve waited days for. I’ll go elsewhere.
