If I could give more than a 5 star review, I would! The staff at Bill Selig’s are amazing. We discussed what I wanted, the quote was very reasonable compared to some other local jewelers, & they kept me apprised of the status through the few short weeks it took to get the materials & create the ring. What their two new jewelers designed & created is simply breathtaking (did I mention that one of them (if not both) train jewelers at Tiffany’s??). I’m not sure who was more excited about the result - me or them!

My husband bought me a gorgeous new diamond band from Bill Selig for Christmas. It was a custom order and Howard was wonderful to work with. I am admittedly very particular and Howard shared multiple CAD drawings with me showing different options for the ring. He assured me if it wasn't perfect upon arrival, we could make whatever modifications needed. Once completed, it was perfect. I had no complaints and love my new band. It looks perfect by itself, or stacked with my engagement ring and wedding band. I would definitely recommend Bill Selig to anyone in the market for fine jewelry or looking for a custom piece.

Bill Selig is the best! After moving away and not finding a trustworthy jeweler to repair my ring, I stopped in to see Bill on a visit back to Simsbury and he had my ring completely rebuilt and replaced stones… all in a day! He is a gem and it is hard to find that kind of customer service and commitment. Many thanks Bill!

Bill Selig Jewelers came highly recommended when I was inquiring about getting my great grandfather’s ring sized that has now be passed down from my father to my nephew. I was getting the ring sized for him for Christmas and did not think it would be possible to have it back in time. Bill Selig assured me he would rush the order and have it back in time for Christmas and he did just that. I had the ring back in time and it came back looking amazing.

At that time, I also dropped off my father’s Seiko watch (that has also been passed down to my nephew) as the face was scratched and needed to be replaced. I recently got the watch back and it came out beautifully.

Both of these items are very sentimental to my family and I. We really appreciate how everyone at Bill Selig Jewelers handled our loved ones jewelry with such care.

I felt the price for each of these items to be serviced was reasonably priced. I had a great experience and will be back.

I had a wonderful experience getting my ring resized at Bill Selig jewelers. All of the staff that I encountered were incredibly nice and helpful, and Bill himself offered to clean my rings for me and took the time to talk about my ring, and exactly what needed to be done to it. They turned it around very quickly, and I am already planning on bringing some jewelry back to have them redesign. Highly recommend.
