The woman that helped me was great! Super personable and knowledgeable as well. I was able to get the perfect mattress with an adjustable bottom for free for cyber Monday and the whole deal was done in about 10min. Huge win and my daughter is going to love her new king sized bed!!

My experience there was terrific!!! Tom was very knowledgeable and helped us pick out a great mattress. He was very easy to talk to and wasn’t pushy as far as trying to make a sale. He let us decide what we wanted an guided us in the right direction as far as what we need to make out nights sleep better!

Jocelyne was friendly and very polite. She knew her stuff and helped me find what I was looking for. The service continued after I left the store to be sure I had the right product. Excellent customer service.

Tom was an exceptional sales associate that went above and beyond to make sure that my shopping experience was flawless from start to finish
I expressed my urgency in the matter and with no questions asked he jumped into action and found me exactly what I was looking for , set up delivery and I was out of there in 45 minutes which was perfect because I needed to be at work soon after .
Not only was Tom an exceptional employee, but he was extremely down to earth and relatable . It’s a breath of fresh air to have a positive customer service experience these days and Tom’s efforts do not go unnoticed by a customer like myself .

It's not often you get treated so well at a store such like this. I've had bad experiences with "salesmen" in the past. This was not the case when I walked into my local Mattress Firm. I was welcomed and made to feel welcome by Mr. Mark and also another associate named Megan. They were the best. They asked me questions and we had a good talk about sleep. They gave me a great deal. Being kind and treating me and answering any questions I had. 100% effort they gave me. Mark especially makes it a very inviting experience and he gives you the time you need. Mark is exceptional. Megan was great and came up with a solution for me and they've helped me get my health back. I have a Doze mattress on the way and I setup my frame. This was the most exceptional purchase of my life, and Mark and the team deserve a dinner on me and I don't mean a PB&J!! Thankyou guys!

Went to Mattress Firm in Cromwell in Search of a new Frame for our bed. I was lucky enough to meet Darrell! who did a fantastic job with helping us find what we needed and then some! He had great communication with us even after we left the store to make sure everything was good! Fantastic job well done and if I have any other needs for a bed I’ll be sure to be looking for Darrell!!!

Moved to Cromwell yesterday and visited mattress firm late last night. Mark was extremely helpful and in helping us find a mattress last minute that we could take home same day. He was also very informative about pricing and options for various mattresses available. Can't thank him enough for hooking us up last minute. I highly recommend going to the store and speaking with Mark for your mattress needs. We will definitely be returning in a couple months for our next mattress!

My wife and I needed a new mattress. We had a wonderful experience dealing with the Cromwell store. Before going into the store we called to be sure they had options in our price range available to try out.Not only did they have many options, but the Store Manager was very helpful! He actually was so helpful over the phone we decided to go right into the store to make a purchase. I am happy to report we found an amazing deal and comfy mattress! We are happy and appreciate the help from the salesman! Wonderful customer service and knowledgeable, thank you again!
