I was interested in a Giant Trance 29, and had gone to a couple other shops in the state. Ridgeline was the only shop to take the time to answer every question that I had. We ordered the bike and it arrived ahead of schedule. Paul, Gordon, and Derek are genuinely excited and enthusiastic about what they do. I got the impression that these guys are the type, "I never work a day in my life because I enjoy what I do." Ridgeline will forever have my business and I'm extremely grateful for the advice, conversation, and friendship I have found there. Thanks 'yall!

I've been having my bikes serviced at Ridgeline for many years and the work performed has always been top notch. We recently went on a vacation and my daughter needed a new bike. Paul, the owner was very helpful and stayed after their closing time to assist us in picking the correct bike. We will be back for sure!

A great bike shop and very friendly and helpful staff! They fixed my bike very quickly and affordable, explained everything well and even installed the accessories I bought for my bike. I'll definitely take my bike only there now!

I had traveled from VT and in transit the mirror fell off my bike. I was anticipating a ride the next day and was desperate to replace it. They had no mirrors in stock, as surprising to them as to me, but three people managed to put together something that met my needs. It was near closing time on Monday and they were readying to leave. They took the time in extremely good humor to meet my needs, knowing they were not cultivating a local customer. I cannot remember better service and the kind of problem solving that would bring one back again and again.

The most helpful and knowledgeable bike shop in the area period! Great staff and great prices always ready to assist with the simple to the complex. Cannot say enough about the owner and the staff.

We popped the front tire of our trail running stroller and called to see if we could get help. They answered all of our questions the day prior to coming in and were wonderful in getting us in and out while also being kind to our children. They were reasonably priced, but most importantly had wonderful customer service. We will go back.

Highly recommended, excellent service! Took my daughter's bike in with an issue on the front brake and the service was excellent. The issue was fixed while I waited. From the initial greeting, to the unloading and reloading of the bike from my vehicle, Adam was very professional and helpful! All topped off with a quick overall check and a tire pump! While on vacation visiting family in CT, two... not just one... kids bike had flats and chain problems. The guys at RidgeLine were fantastic. They recognized the importance of a bike to two 7-year olds and also recognized the importance of fixing it quick to Mom! The owner Paul is great! He helped me load my bike in the car. He took his time to make sure I got the right size bike, and that the seating position is correct. The shop is really nice, organized, and they have many choices.

There is a reason I drive past three or so other bike shops on my way to Ridgeline - knowledgeable and friendly staff. Having somewhat recently gotten into cycling I felt dismissed by arrogant staff at other shops, but at Ridgeline they answered all of my beginner questions and on one occasion stayed open late for me so I could buy a tire tube. Lifelong customer made.

I will never ever shop anywhere else for a bike, nor go to anyone else for bike repairs. These guys are the best. Their motto? "Just be nice to people." And they are nice. So nice. Fixed my bike when I walked in the door. 2 bikes actually. Without an appointment, 45 minutes before closing, on a HOLIDAY WEEKEND. All with the "no worries" attitude they are known for. Their merchandise is of the highest quality, their knowledge of everything related to biking and bike equipment is tops. I cannot say enough - stop going wherever you go now and switch to RidgeLine bikes. Or, if you are new to the bike market, head over there for the beginning of what I know will be a great experience!

Very friendly staff. They seem to be pretty busy all the time in terms of work. They don’t have everything but can order for you if needed. Great locally owned bike shop.

Great experience buying kids bikes there. They will also buy them back if kept in good condition when you trade up to the next size which is a great start to teaching kids about taking care of a bike. They trued the wheels and assembled as we talked. The bikes are perfect and high quality as opposed to the much lower quality bikes from the big box type stores. They also have a very nice selection of adult Bianchi and Giant bikes.

I have bought 4 bikes here and two bike racks for my family and had my old litespeed tuned. They even helped me install the rack and hang the bikes. Very good customer service and fair pricing. Someday I hope to buy a New mtn bike from them for myself.

I've been using Ridgeline pretty consistently over the last year. I've purchased two bikes, one for my daughter and one for me. Customer service is unparalleled. Repair work on my road bike has been flawless and the prices for repair / maintenance are the best in the area.
