I have been using PC Development Group for all of my small business computer/PC, laptop, and all other possible electronic needs that I can possibly think of. Stan, Jon, and Donovan are who I typically deal with. Without going on and on, all I can say is that they will forever have my business. As a young, newer business owner, I needed computer and IT support from a trustworthy source in order to be successful. They have gained that trust, to a point where I don't have to worry about a thing- I know it will be handled. I will continue recommend them to anyone and everyone! The repair shop I previously used went out of business. Found PC Development Group on the internet, impressed with their website, so went in to talk with them. Was impressed and decided when I needed a shop, they would be the one. My old computer (9 yrs!) started having problems so purchased a refurbished one from them. Great service and the data transfer was flawless.

We recently experienced a situation where we not only needed immediate on-site help at our house but due to what appeared to be another security issue, we had to call our technician on his cell on a Friday night about 2 hours after he left our home and then bring my laptop into the shop in Windsor the next day for a complete "wipe". The technician who came to our house (only about 2 hours after my husband reached out) was Donavan Green and he continued to work with us until things were resolved.

I cannot begin to express how incredibly responsive and helpful he was! During what was a very stressful time, he not only took care of the situation, but also had such a calming way about him that provided a great deal of comfort and confidence in what he was doing.

Now that this particular situation is resolved, we feel like we gained a friend and computer expert in Donavan should we need help in the future and you can be sure that PC Development Group and Donavan Green will be our first call!

My wife's lap top fan was not working properly. After a couple of very unsatisfactory trips to a big box store she found PC Development. They replaced the fan quickly and at a reasonable price. They were sensitive to her need for a quick response as she works for herself so she has no computer back up resources to fall back on. Everyone we dealt with was nice and easy to work with. We will be going back to them for ANY computer issues we may have in the future. we highly recommend them!

Great communication, service was completed in exactly the time frame given, reasonable price. I'm glad to have my data safe off a bad drive and will definitely look to do business again ... Though I hope to not have to!

We use them to manage all our firms software and hardware. turnkey service...if we have a problem (which is rare due to their proactive services) all we do is call or text and they jump right on it. and when downtime is expensive, that is a critical service. From Server maintenance to install of an access point, they can do it all. I cannot recommend them strongly enough, 5 stars seems too low.

Needed service or a replacement laptop for an emergency. PC Development stepped up and got me back in business in 1 day for the price they quoted. I recommend them highly!

Friendly, helpful staff. It's really nice to have a computer store around when you need an emergency piece of hardware, especially a legacy one. Their staff was able to confirm with me over the phone that they had a low-profile, VGA-capable PCI Express x16 video card in stock. I got there and was in and out in less than 10 minutes with my replacement video card for under $70. The video card was nothing to brag about (performance wise), but it allowed me to get my work done that day. Super helpful.
