Colleen was so so helpful! I had to move up my wedding and she was able to rush all my girls dresses in A MONTH! It was incredible and she communicated with me on text the whole time made the whole experience just absolutely wonderful. Our dresses are also just stunning too!! I don't have my pictures back yet but putting one here so you get the picture! Am so happy I chose bella bridesmaids!

A really nice personalized and easy experience! I was able to select different dress options in the same color to fit each individual bridesmaid and the ladies were so helpful in putting together the look. Heidi and her team at Bella Bridesmaids were simply amazing! After a major disaster with another shop and the color of the dresses, Heidi swooped in to help save the day. She ensured that the color of the dresses would be the exact shade of “Christmas Red” that I was looking for and they delivered. My bridesmaids were from various places, so the process to be virtually fitted by Heidi was seamless and all of the girls ordered the proper sizes. I cannot say enough good things about Heidi and Bella Bridesmaids West Hartford!

WOW. What an incredible customer experience. I'm a bridesmaid [living in San Francisco] in a bridal party mostly based in the New York area, so trying on dresses collectively wasn't really an option. Bella's amazing crew in West Hartford and SF were beyond amazing - they coordinated dresses for me to try on remotely (amidst a global pandemic), safely, and quickly. The highlight of my experience: they are generally delightful, empathetic, and kind humans through some admittedly challenging logistical hurdles. Thanks Bella crew!!

They have so many different styles, shades, and designers and they explain everything to you since it can so easily get overwhelming. My experience with Christina at Bella Bridesmaids in Avon was great! I've got bridesmaids from all over the country so the ordering process was a bit complicated. Christina was able to walk me through it step by step and was very helpful and attentive. I would highly recommend this location!!!

My daughter is getting married in September, and got her bridesmaids dresses here. Girls has a great experience, so I went for my mother of the bride dress. I was nervous, because I didn't want a traditional matornly dress. Madison could not have been more helpful. Gave great advice and helped me find a beautiful appropriate dress.
