Friday at 8:05 I took Mark my laptop that was in trouble. By 4 pm they had saved by hard drive and installed it in a desktop so that I could work over the weekend. So many thanks for Mark and Mike

Incredible one day service. My pc can't be fixed due to the way the recharging port is constructed, but Mark cleaned out viruses, checked to make sure it could still be charged sufficiently, and backed up all my files on a thumb drive, along with performing other maintenance steps for me. Now that I know this business exists closeby, I will use them also in the future.

Mark Burns at Burns Computer Services is a LIFE SAVER. I'm a full-time writer and when my computer crashed, I feared the worst. I called Mark and was immediately put at ease by his phone demeanor, and after a quick and efficient drop off, I was called within 30 minutes with an update. I needed a new hard-drive. Within 24 hours, my computer was back home and set-up in my office, working faster than ever before. And the bonus - and I know part of it was "luck" - but Mark and his team recovered ALL of my families personal files and all of my writing work. And for a price that is absolutely impossible to beat. And everything was cogently explained and I left fully understanding what the issues were with my computer. I'll never think of taking my computer ANYWHERE ELSE in the future. These people are just wonderful!

Really great service for my laptop. I needed a battery replaced and got it done quickly for a low price. (Another shop had asked me to pay a flat fee of 100 dollars just to look at the computer -- saved a lot of money by coming here)

Exceptional service from Burns. Computer was overheating and badly in need of a tune up. Service tech Tommy not only fixed the problem but made several additions to software that now have machine working great and allow me to complete future scans for virus and malware problems...and all at a fair price. Honest person running a great business

Spoke with technician on Friday. Scheduled appointment for Monday morning 830. The price quoted was $79 for the repair unless a back up as needed as me loose stuff if they have to do a reinstall . I texted him for me if they had to do the back up it would be one 149.99. When Monday came detected a no-show. At the time he was supposed to be here the owner called and said he was just checking in with me to follow up on my issue with my computer. I returned his call and asked where the check was he denied the appointment and also said that they did not quote me that price. When I told him I talk to the tech on speakerphone and I had a witness to the conversation, hisresponse when I said we won't be paying a higher price and having him work on the computer was "yeah whatever". In my opinion that's gross and bad business. We have been using them for over I believe 10 years and have always recommended them. I'm guessing times have changed.
