Amazing breakfast/lunch spot. Always pretty busy ~noon but service is fast and employee’s check in many times to make sure everything is good despite the crowd. Lots of seating. Family friendly. Superb food. Big portions. Low prices. All around great service/atmosphere!

Loved the Food !
We stopped for brunch this past weekend; definitely a great find. It is a cozy place; the restaurant is busy. We only had to wait 10 minutes. Pros; Delicious food, great customer service; they also have home made cookies for sale. The cookies were delicious too. I will saw a lot of people ordering a dish to go; I also ordered a chicken club to go. Cons: None based on my experience. I would definitely recommend this place.

This is one our favorite breakfast haunts. If they have the lemon ricotta pancakes, my wife wants Sally and Bobs for breakfast. They don’t make them all the time, and they aren’t really on a schedule, so you have to check their Facebook page to know.

It’s always crowded so go early or expect to wait, but the wait is worth it. This visit I had the chicken fajita omelet, and it was amazing. Of course, she had the lemon ricotta pancakes. Always good. They actually make a good cup of coffee as well. If you like things spicy, be sure to ask for the house made hot sauce. You’ll not regret it!

Sally and Bob's just past West Hartford center intersection is a great place. It has a NYC feeling inside but with really friendly service. Basic breakfast fare and lunch sandwich foods. Eggs Benedict with home fries tasted great. Turkey club was a full plates worth. Would definitely stop by again.

Lovely little breakfast place! Lots of options for omelets, eggs Benedict, and classic warm breakfast options like bacon, sausage, pancakes, waffles, and French toast. Good coffee. Clean dining room, incredibly friendly staff, and free parking behind the building. Very reasonably priced for an excellent meal!

Me and my Wife really enjoy visiting new breakfast and dinner spots. Last weekend we end up here. Place was pretty busy. We left our name and were sat within 15 minutes. We end up seating outside. Weather was great so we definitely enjoyed that spot.

Menu selection is pretty good. Due to carnivore diet our choices are limited but even we found something for us.
My Wife ordered meat lower omelet, I had two of those and also I had ham and kielbasa. Dishes came really good. We both enjoyed it.

Staff was very caring, had nice smile and was ready to serve.

We definitely recommend this place.

When I say pinnacle of client service, Sally and Bob’s is what I am referring to.
It all started while we were waiting for our table; the hostess was friendly and welcoming- what could be better? I will tell you; she offered us coffee while we waited. This may seem like a small thing, but to us (tired and starved young men) this was an astronomically good deed. Thank you. After that, we were directed to our table where we’re were tended to very attentively. The food was presented beautifully. Eggs Benedict was done to perfection. The taste? Immaculate. The service did not drop off through the meal; we were checked in on periodically throughout our time (but not too much).
Our thoughts on the Bill’s special: “it slapped me around” (this is how we say the food was awesome). I think our experience can be judged with a quote from gladiator, “what we do in life echoes in eternity.” Sally and Bill’s will not be forgotten. I think it is fair to say that we were sufficiently entertained.

What a lovely spot. We showed up at 745am with two adults and two 18 month old toddlers. They quickly provided us a table with high chairs and menus.

The menu has plenty of options for both savory and sweet. Prices are spot on and serving sizes make sense. It’s not a huge place but it’s spacious enough for you to feel cozy but not part of someone else’s meal.

I used to come here a lot before the previous owners sold it and for years (literally) I was skeptical to visit. However, I'm glad I returned back to my favorite breakfast spot. I'm very proud to say that even through COVID, Sally and Bob's is still a gem. The new owners have definitely taken the original concept and enhanced it. The menu has a bunch of delicious new options along with the classics. We had the Chorizo and Avocado Eggs Benedict and the Veggie Omelette and they were both delicious.

Visiting CT with a friend and he recommended this as a good breakfast option. We were told the wait for the table would be longer than it actually ended up being, so that was nice. It took a little bit for the servers to come and get our order as well as bring it out, but we were here during breakfast rush, so that's to be expected. After the initial interaction, they did come check on us frequently, so that makes up for it too.

The pancakes are the standout here, I think. I got the Bob's special and a side of the potatoes and the pancakes were very fluffy. Recommend getting the real maple syrup side too.

Even during a super busy morning, the staff was polite, efficient and attentive. The food choices are plentiful. The prices are reasonable and competitive. The food portions are on the larger side, not skimpy at all. The most important thing of all is that everything is real tasty!

Ordered to go here for the first time and enjoyed the food very much. Cute little hole in the wall breakfast spot with a nice outdoor seating option. I got the chorizo Benedict and my boyfriend got the corn beef hash Benedict.

Was busy for a Friday morning . Had the California omelette . Pancake was great too . Very prompt refilling the coffee mug . All around a great breakfast spot .

This little diner style breakfast place lives up to all the hype its long time clients give it. The best omelet I’ve had in the state of CT and delicious home fries. Tina, our server, was friendly and upbeat and exactly who these groggy eyed customers needed serving them breakfast. Bravo!

A diverse menu that served pretty good food. I ordered an omelette which was big enough to share when you include the sides. Parking lot was busy, but I found a spot. Seems like a reasonably priced place for breakfast.

Had the best breakfast at Sally and Bob’s! Chorizo and avocado eggs Benedict was amazing. Service was great and the atmosphere was so friendly. Can’t wait to go back!

A stellar neighborhood eatery/diner with splendid food and an accommodating wait staff. Make sure to ask about the specials...these are the hidden gems of Sally and Bob's! Wait times are okay. Overall, really good people who make really good food! We are lucky🤞to have them in our community!!!

Very cute place for breakfast, the food was delicious, and staff was very friendly. Try their house made hot sauce if you like spicy!

Bit of a wait on a late morning on a Saturday, but that's to be expected, and the food was worth the wait! Delicious breakfast food and our service was great.
