I had a really good experience at Bridal Bells. Tasha did a great job helping me narrow down what kind of dress I was looking for after pulling several dresses at a time to go through with me. Tasha and Barbara helped to show ways we could modify the dresses to better meet my needs if I wanted. Once we narrowed it down to a few, they made sure I was able to try them all on again to make sure I was happy with my decision. They were not pushy at all, and were great in helping to work within my budget.

The shop is tucked away into a small strip mall. From the outside it’s not elaborate or grand. However, inside is where the magic truly happens. It’s appointment based only. One to one service. The are super nice and pull dresses based on your ideas and thoughts and are incredibly mindful of your budget. As you try the dress on and determine what you like and don’t, they adjust the dresses they brought to you so you are only trying on what you like. It was the best experience. So happy I found the perfect dress there. Looking forward to them doing the alterations to make my dress perfect.

I found Bridal Bells at the CT Bridal Convention, that day Barbara assured me that I would find a dress at her shop with my short deadline. She was right, I found my dress, at an affordable price!
I took my sister to my private dress fitting, all of the attention was catered to us since dress try ons are appointment only. This made me feel very comfortable and well looked after!
I cannot wait to see my dress after it arrives from production!

I am so grateful for Barbara and Natasha. I struggled to find a dress at other shops as I am a curvy bride with a larger chest, but they pulled dozens of dresses that fit perfectly and looked great. Once we narrowed down what kind of dress they were able to pull perfect options. I was debating between 4 dresses at the end, but they were great with having me rotate through them to make sure I found the perfect one. Once again, I'm so grateful that I found a perfect dress for my wedding.
On top of them being wonderful, Yogi the dog was a perfect mascot and really stole the show.

I was in quite a pickle having very little time for my wedding, but Barbara saved the day for me! She came through with a beautiful dress at a very reasonable price, and unlike everyone else who had been scaring me away saying I didn't have enough time to get a proper dress fitted, she and her seamstress alleviated all my anxiety telling me the dress would be ready in ample time. This small shops is bursting with quality and service and I couldn't believe I found my gorgeous dress so close to home. They really made my wedding!!

I went to Bridal Belles after going to three other places and being told at each basically what I was looking for was not possible. I knew from the first dress I tried on here that I would find my dress. I went from not having any options to having too much options. Barbara was able to make me any dress I wanted and I am so beyond excited to be working with her and her team. The best part is the pricing is by far the most reasonable I’ve seen. She allows brides to truly get exactly what they want on their wedding day and I can’t wait to see my dress fully done. Thank you!!!!

Barbara is an amazing help when shopping for dresses! I went in today with a dress in mind I liked from another store. Almost immediately that dress was forgotten as Barbara began pulling gorgeous dress after gorgeous dress. My sisters, best friend and I were treated to such a fun afternoon with someone who knows the bridal industry as well as listening to her customers! I showed her some examples of dresses I loved prior and she pulled similar ones as well as some that similar with a slight difference to them too!!! I ended up officially getting my dress at bridal bells today! The dresses down below are just a few of the absolute gorgeous dresses Barbara has to offer!!!!

Completely impressed with the mother of the bride dresses and how wonderful the experience was with Barbara. I am plus sized and I tried on (zipped up, not held in front of me) 14 different dresses and could tried on more…but I found perfect dress. Barbara’s knowledge and relaxed personality had us laughing and enjoying the experience. So glad I started and ended my dress shopping with Bridal Bells. Telling all my friends about this wonderful store!!

As a plus-size woman, I was very anxious about trying on wedding dresses. I called bridal bells to make sure that they had a decent amount of dresses that I would actually be able to try on before making the trip. Barbara told me most of her plus size brides try on about 12 to 15 dresses at their appointments. In my mind I cut this number in half and set that as the high expectation. However, she was not kidding. I told her that I love sparkle and I love lace and I really didn't know what I was looking for. She pulled a bunch of dresses for me and told me to start with a specific one. I fell in love with it. I continued to try and dresses and narrowed it down to two that I really loved. By the end of the appointment after trying on at least a dozen dresses as promised, I was still pretty torn between two. Barbara and her seamstress explained how I could take elements from one and add them to the other during alterations. They were candid about the cost and what it would require. I chose my dress and know exactly how I will alter it and I have to say it is now my dream dress and I am obsessed. Throughout the appointment, Barbara and her daughter showed me kindness and professionalism and you can tell they know their stuff. I didn't feel rushed and I didn't feel pressured into making a choice. I did end up ordering my dress that day but it's because of how I felt in it, which is, like an absolute queen. This was a great experience. Not going to add photos because my wedding is not for another 9 months.

Barbara is absolutely a dream!!! I found my dream dress and they were able to add all my customizations. Loved my experience. She even was able to have my dress preserved. My bridesmaids and mom all used Bridal bells for our dress shop.

I had a wonderful experience with Bridal Bells in Berlin! The dresses were all beautiful, and the owner, Barbara, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable throughout the process. You can tell that Barbara has been doing her job for a long time - she is honest, hardworking, and and runs a great shop. I ordered my dress and did all of my alterations through the store. Barbara was never pushy - I came in a second time to confirm my dress before placing my order and she gave me the option to look elsewhere for veils and dress alterations (but I chose to do it all at Bridal Bells). I am so happy with how my dress and veil looked, and the prices were very reasonable. The alterations were perfect. I highly recommend buying your dress from Bridal Bells! I bought the Mori Lee Phaedra.

After many appointments with other boutiques, we were thoroughly impressed with the quality of care in the service provided. The passion and effort to help us find our dress was clearly understood and they listened to our preferences. I highly recommend using this boutique to find your dress! The prices were in our price range. It's great to see a business with passion! Not to mention all the awards they've won hanging on the wall!

I made an appointment at Bridal Bells Boutique after reading countless reviews online of praising Barbara! And let me tell you she didn’t disappoint! She was so kind, and so happy to work with me to get me the dress of my dreams while keeping it in my budget. I’m a plus sized girly and this shop has plenty of BEAUTIFUL options with great prices! I shopped at Caccie’s Bridal Closet in Simsbury prior to going to Bridal Bells, and Caccie’s had a dress marked at $3,000 while Bridal Bells had the exact same one for just $1,400… Overall I without a doubt will recommend Bridal Bells Boutique to any bride to be shopping for a wedding dress! I was so pleased with my experience here & the amazing customer service. Thank you Barbara!

I got married in July and before coming to Bridal Bells I had already been to 6 or 7 other bridal shops with no luck on finding the dress or staff I felt comfortable with working on alterations. The 3rd dress I tried on at Bridal Bells, I knew was the one but did need a few alterations. The difference between Bridal Bells and the other bridal shops I went to was that the other bridal shops were not specific on how they would alter my dress. Those Bridal shops just said, "Oh we'll just do this and that" with no specific details on how it will look when it is done. Bridal Bells was very specific on what alterations needed to be made, how they would do the alterations, and most importantly how the dress would look on me individually when the alterations were done! And if I didn't like the alterations they explained how they would fix them. My dress came out absolutely beautiful! Not only did I get my Wedding dress at Bridal Bells, I got my Bridesmaids' dresses there as well. They were exactly how I envisioned my Bridesmaids to look. And....my Mom and Mother in law found there dresses at Bridal Bells as well!
Future Brides, skip the other Bridal shops! Go to Bridal Bells!
