Excellent experience! Staff was super knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. I used the foot scanning machine and they found me the perfect pair of shoes and inserts for my needs. No more foot pain!

So I was recommended this location from my friend who shops at this store. My mother has been dealing with foot pain for quite awhile from her old shoes, so I took her to see if they could help get her into proper footwear. The associate Brandon was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He immediately scanned and measured my mothers feet and took his time going over it with us. He then showed us multiple shoe and insert options and explained everything in terms my mother and I could understand. My mother loves her new setup and it has definitely helped ease the pain she was having. Very pleased with our visit!

Kevin helped me into a brand new pair of 880’s. Most comfortable pair of shoes I’ve ever put on my extremely odd foot. True professional in every way. Absolute stud in the shoe game. Crushed it. Legendary service. He even tied my shoes for me. Champion.

I just replaced 990's purchased five years ago at this great store. Kevin was a big help and very patient. Wearing my new 990's (probably my last pair at my age). A great experience five years ago when I had issues, and a repeat today.. if you want great product (has to be New Balance) and great service, shop this store.

Always a stellar experience! This store is the reason I go to Evergreen Walk. Staff members are extremely knowledgeable about inventory and specifically tailor shoe and insert selection to my individual needs. (I have extra-wide feet and they always have shoes to accommodate my needs.) The initial visit included an assessment using their state-of-the-art technology.

Over time, I’ve built rapport with the establishment, and have begun to explore running shoe options so I can begin rotating my shoes for maximum training benefits. Shoes from this store helped me train and thrive in training for my first official marathon last fall (completed sub 4-hours!).

The owner of the establishment can be found hard at work alongside others on the sales floor (something I value on a personal level.) Cannot recommend enough!

The service provided by Kevin was great. He was very informative about the style of shoe I should wear for my foot shape and he was very patient when presenting the different options available to me.

I went in to the South Windsor store today. I needed help fitting my son for sneakers to go with a leg brace. As soon as my son and I walked in we were greeted with a smile and warm welcome by Damian. He went above and beyond and listening to our questions and concerns. My son hasn't walked since May 24th, 2022 and with the help of Damian he walked today!! With tears of joy, I'm so thankful for professional assistance and dedication Damian showed us. We will be a long term loyal customers from now on. I'm glad we gave New Balance a try. I can't recall ever getting that good of service anywhere I've shopped in the past! Went to this store because of a reference from a doctor for my 87 year old mom. We were met at outside by Conor Valen. He kindly opened the door for my parents & myself. Then we discussed we needed supportive sneakers for my mom. He knew exactly what we needed. He was patient, personable, knowledgeable and kind. We were in & out in 30 minutes with exactly what we needed. My mom was comfortable and happy with her purchase. I deal with the public everyday in my career and am pretty particular when it comes to salespeople. Conor acted as I do with my clients, like some who was there to help, educate & get you what you came in for. Very hard to find this kind of EXCELLENT service nowadays!! I am happy to recommend him!!

Bought a pair of 1540v3 back in December. Didn’t wear them much until March. I noticed a flaw in both shoes that would require a new purchase after just 6 months. I spoke with Stephen Bosse who was terrific. After examining the shoe he replaced them at no charge. The bottoms were hardly worn and Stephen was professional enough to know I hadn’t abused them. It’s worth paying a little more to come here. This wasn’t my first pair purchased at this store and won’t be the last. Thank you Stephen for your understanding and integrity.

Gentleman that helped me with sizing and choosing a new pair of sneakers was great. He was friendly and very helpful. Very good selection of both sneakers and athletic wear. I will definitely be back again.

Fantastic experience! I have been searching months and months after my ankle fracture and surgery to find the right pair of shoes . Riley was so friendly the minute I came in and helped me out finding a pair. I couldn't believe the first pair I tried on was what I have been looking for !! They feel like clouds on my feet ! Riley fitted me perfectly and I am so grateful I almost cried !

Helped me find custom fit shoes to help my plantar issues. In under ten minutes I was walking out in a new pair of the most comfortable shoes I own. My back/foot pain has improved substantially! Highly recommend them.

This is the best place for shoes and excellent customer service. My husband and I have been customers since they first opened and the quality of service and product has been consistent. You receive personalized service from one person at a time. They measure your feet at every visit and every pair is customized to fit you perfectly. Adjustments can be made at any time and they are extremely patient. This review is long overdue. I am recovering from a foot surgery and had specific needs as I recover. I was put in the correct shoe and returned for adjustments a day later. Ryan spent over an hour with me, even after the store closed, to ensure a perfect fit. His genuine concern and dedication are a testimony to the way customers are truly cared for. I may still require adjustments and am fully comfortable seeking them out for help as I recover. If you're considering visiting - go and see for yourself how well you'll be treated and how great you'll feel!

Fantastic. Trevor, the foot specialist who helped us out was great. He took the time needed to help out both my wife and I to get the right fitting shoes. Starting with the 3D scans, trying different shoes and inserts to compensate for foot issues, he courteously and patiently helped us. We bought several pairs of shoes and are incredibly happy.
