Dean was very welcoming when he approached myself and mother in the store. He was knowledgable regarding the items from bedding to appliances. He did his best to get us what we wanted at a price point we were willing to pay. I’m happy with their service and plan to return. Please ask for Dean as he is will go over and beyond to make sure you are happy with your purchase.

Asim was extremely helpful! We bought several kitchen appliances, and he was informative and efficient. The whole process took 45 minutes and he managed to save us over $600 in the process! We will definitely come back for all our future appliance needs.

My experience with purchasing a new fridge from PC Richard in Newington was delightful. Salesman Hector was by far the most knowledgeable person I have ever dealt with when purchasing a new appliance. The delivery guys were very professional and efficient. They were literally done in a flash. There was some damage..out of the box to the back of the fridge. Came into the store and the Assistant Manager Jordan gave me a $150 discount without hesitation. Wow!!! Could not believe it. PC Richard is definitely the place to go and get whatever it is you need. I highly recommend them. What a pleasure!!

Order online and received text msg the product was ready. Called store once I got there and a nice man Carl brought it out and put it in my trunk. Super pleasant guy. Great experience all around.

Dean was super helpful in finding the right size “freezer” to store extras. Sending photos and measurements. He even went over warranties without being pushy about. Just letting me know my options as well as getting me a good delivery date.

I first went to best buy, then here. The difference was like night and day! Store is very clean, very well merchandised, and appears well stocked. A salesperson does approach you as soon as you walk in and stayed with me as i looked at wifi routers (in a locked cabinet), maybe just to assist me if needed. I suspect the sales people here are on commission but he was not pushy at all. It is too bad the parking lot always seems empty but I will definitely go here first next time.

Chris was so very helpful. He went out of his way to ensure we got the right washer for our needs. He explained any questions we had and even some we didn't think of like my short wife being able to reach the bottom of the washer. He ran back and forth to get us a delivery date that was quick so we would be without for long.

I was lucky enough to have Dean Nash help me find a replacement refrigerator. It’s not easy fitting these new appliances into the old spots, but Dean didn’t give up. You might think he wanted to make a sale, but nobody puts 2 days of searching to find one that fits my exact measurements and dream wishes. Dean wouldn’t t let me settle for less and believe me a couple of times I was tempted. Thank you P.C. Richard for hiring the best!

Dean went the extra mile with us. We had space limitations with our refrigerator. He spent alot of time searching for the right one. In the end we had to have our cabinet cut to accommodate height. Great salesperson. It was a pleasure working with him to find the right refrigerator.
