Connecticut Mattress South Windsor

We went back to Connecticut Mattress South Windsor to buy an adjustable bed when my husband became disabled. This is the second mattress we have bought from here, and couldn't be happier. No pressure, great selection, and excellent price. Thank you!

One of the best buying experiences I’ve had with furniture. No pressure salespeople. Joanne was very helpful and patient helping with my decision. Much better than the big corporate stores. I believe it’s a no commission sales so I wasn’t being steered in any particular direction. Very happy with the experience.

Excellent service and great selection! Visited CT Mattress for a special pillow and the sales person went out of her way to ensure I tested all the pillows that would meet my needs. The owner even researched the mattress I sleep so I could test the pillows on a similar mattress. What a great experience and I love my new pillow!

UPDATE: immediately after posting this, the store manager contacted me and wanted to make things right. We went to the store, they gave me the missing bundle from delivery day, as well as an extra pillow to compensate for the mistake. Oh, and I even got the chocolates!, Got to meet Mike the owner, such a nice guy and very appreciative of my business. Found out he went to Quinnipiac which is where I go to school! Glad I was able to do business with QU Alumni!

Service at the store was great, and delivered in a reasonable timeframe as they said. However I was informed the day of delivery that they forgot the bundle part of the order (sheets, pillows, etc) and now I have to drive all the way back to the showroom to pick it up. It’s gonna be about a 40-50 minute drive for something they could’ve included in delivery. Also, I’ve had family that bought from here before and they received the bed completely made with chocolates and a signed note from the owner. I’m not concerned about the missing chocolate (I am more about the missing sheets), but just wanted to note that because as a business owner myself, it’s the little things that matter! Other than that, I would leave a 5-star rating here!

Trip who was our salesperson was very knowledgeable, personable, professional, trusting and not pushy at all. My husband and I never felt pressured into buying anything. We love our Tempur-pedic proadapt hybrid mattress. All our aches and pains went away within a few weeks. It took 4 weeks to be made but an extra week and a half for delivery. I only wish we could of had it delivered a bit sooner but there was alot of purchases made during the Labor day sale. The delivery guys were great. Very careful, professional, on time and quick. Overall it was a very good experience.
