Michael was extremely knowledgeable and kind and made choosing a mattress very easy. We took our time and we never felt pressured. We started off with a particular bed and he showed us all of the beds in that price point. Of course, we ended up getting more than we came in for, but that’s ok. His explanations were completely plausible.

We just left the Southington Connecticut mattress firm store. Mike, the sales rep was awesome. We bought a bed about three months ago and decided it was not firm enough so we had to swap it out and order a more firmer mattress. Literally took about 10 or 15 minutes and Mike was extremely helpful funny and kind. Best experience 5 stars.

Sleep expert Michael at southington mattress firm is very friendly and professional made the experience great!! He is very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions that we had. We felt very comfortable throughout the whole experience. After trying out all the different mattresses we were able to pick out a great mattress. Highly recommend to shop here and ask for Michael he is a great salesman.

Had a great experience today. The staff was friendly and no pressure. Jocelyn was awesome. She offered assistance, insight and banter that made the whole process super easy. We went to Bobs to compare and headed straight back to Jocelyn. Not only were their displays/options better, cleaner and obviously easier to shop but we weren't followed around by one of 15 associates. Both Jocelyn and her coworker were pleasant and easy going. We look forward to our delivery this week!!!

No hassle, no pressure service. Very accommodating and what I really liked was the young lady we worked with explained the fine print when discussing their deals and promotions. This made the decision easy and left us with a level of confidence that there wouldn’t be any hidden surprises in the end. (Which there wasn’t)

My wife and I usually worked with Kevin at the walllingford location when purchasing mattresses for years. We went there and found out he no longer works at just one location.

We ended up going to Southington because they have the purple mattresses. We were really pleased with Lucas. Very informative and polite young man. My wife and I were really happy with our experience. I would recommend anyone looking to buy a good mattress, go see Lucas at the Southington location. If your lucky enough to be at a location Kevin is at, he’s also a pleasure to work with.

I went into mattress firm with specifics on what I was looking for based on my old mattress. I was greeted by Jocelyne who was not only friendly but very knowledge. She patiently worked with me to find a mattress also making sure to stay within my budget. I am very satisfied and would definitely recommend to pay them a visit!

Great experience with Jocelyne as our salesperson. Easy and surprisingly painless process. They did send us the wrong thickness box springs but quickly corrected it within a couple of days.

We were shopping for a full size mattress for our toddler. Jim was very informative and helpful as we explained the type of mattress we were looking for. Loved that he wasn’t salesy or pushy.

I had the pleasure of dealing with James today at the Southington store. I have had cervical and lumbar surgery and didn't know how to go about finding the right mattress.
