Great location. Unfortunately there are people that are too slow to understand how the basics of delivery works. Packages are dropped off on this location and if a package is damaged or missing, it has nothing to do with the location. From this location, drivers pick up the packages and bring them to your home. Ive had pckages from wallingford stay on hold for 2-3 days then i got a message that they couldnt find it so they sent me a refund. It sucks but thats just what happens sometimes. Its not that hard to understand.

Been almost 3 yrs working out of DBL1 and so far everyone has been helpful and polite to me all the time! The yard marshall is the best guy!

Driver do 180 stops per 10 hr shift. Thats a pretty fast pace.

(Review from Amazon flex driver) DBL1 is super organized but also more relaxed than other Amazon warehouses. You dont feel rushed when loading up, but at the same time they support you to get in and out quickly so you can start your route. They are happy to answer questions and make sure you are comfortable with what you are doing that day. They also go out of the way to make sure you have the tools needed to get the job done.

I have been getting my packages on time, all the time. Whether it's one or two day delivery from the Amazon's Bristol location or deliveries that take more than two days from the USPS. Thank you Amazon for the great job!!!!!!

I have been to the DBL1 warehouse to pack up as an Amazon Delivery Driver, in my experience the staff are always helpful and friendly. This is one of the many places one can go to return products purchased from Amazon.
