Mirsina's Restaurant

What a pleasurable experience we had here. We stopped in here without checking the ratings as it smelled so good driving by. We had the Irish Eggs Benedict and Philly steak omelet. The corned beef hash was homemade and the home fries were crispy like we asked for. Recommend anyone in the area to go here for some great food.

Love this place! Highly recommend!! The staff is incredibly friendly and makes you feel so welcome. Emily and Mirsina were amazing.. and the food was delicious!!

Great find especially during winter to find an open restaurant of this quality. Service was excellent and super friendly. Corn Beef Hash was homemade and delicious. The eggs Florentino was delicious with fresh spinach. We will be back

After a fabulous day of plant shopping, my mother and I were driving home and on a whim decided to stop in old Saybrook for lunch. So we parked on the main drag, got out of her car and immediately got on Google to see what restaurants were available in the vicinity. We quickly decided to try out Mirsina’s Restaurant not only because it looked like a lovely spot, but we both love Greek food. And boy were we in for a treat! Even though it was midafternoon on a Wednesday, the place was hopping. Right away we had a feeling we made a good decision. But then it got even better. The staff was crazy friendly, the food was amazing (all I can say is that we had the BEST Spanakopita of our lives . . . And the rice pudding? heavenly!). And the price? Just check out the menu - what a bargain! I wish that Mirsina’s Restaurant had a place in Stonington (Mystic CT) we would go once a week. So do yourself a favor, try this place out; I am convinced you will love it as much as we did. And tell them Heather and Sara sent you!

I've been to Connecticut four times in the last four years and I always love to eat breakfast at Mirsina's. The food is always fresh and delicious. I feel as though I've always known this delightful restaurant. I will continue to return every fall to this delightful area of Connecticut until I can find a home here and have breakfast every morning at Mirsina's.

Great smaller portions breakfast, great service. Over looks Main Street, Ferrari drove past, does not get much better than that!

Great breakfast selection, very accommodating and great service. The homemade marble rye toast is AMAZING.

Delicious food! Great service and cute place with a nice outdoor seating area, too. We went here while on vacation. Seems like a popular place, which is no surprise. There was a bit of a wait by the time we were leaving, but we got there around 8:30 and there were still some tables open.

The food was delicious! We had the onion rings, the crispy buffalo chicken wrap, and the eggplant parmesan sandwich. It was all so good! The service was excellent!

Mirsina Restaurant in Old Saybrook is a hidden treasure! The cozy atmosphere and friendly staff make you feel right at home. The food is fantastic, combining Mediterranean and New England flavors. The Don't miss the baklava and rizogalo (rose pudding) for dessert. Overall, Mirsina offers a delightful dining experience that leaves you eager to return!

Popular local venue for b/l/d with a Greek flare. Waitress was very friendly & provided professional and quick service. Not many POC around, but the atmosphere is inclusive. We felt very welcome. Prices are consistent with the tony surroundings. They have great outdoor tables for meals & people watching. We will go back. Very close to the Turnpike.

Today was the first time I have been to this restaurant for lunch and I have to say what an amazing experience it was. If I could give 10 stars I would and then some. From the warm greetings and great service to the cleanliness of the restaurant and a choice of dining inside or outside all while being socially distant and Covid conscious. We ordered lunch for three adults and the food was outstanding. The large portions of food relative to the low price were an unexpected surprise. We could not have asked for a better place to dine and will be making this our regular go-to for breakfast and lunch. Thank's so much!!!!!!
