Dorothy, the manager, was so helpful! She helped set-up my access code, and was so friendly and greeted me with a smile! Something that is lacking in customer service these days! My unit was clean and ready to go. I'd recommend this place to anyone looking. I've rented from other places where the managers are absolutely miserable. Dorothy gets it! That old saying, you only have 1 chance to make a good impression, and Dorothy hit the ball out of the park! Additionally, the price was perfect for the unit I rented. This is a great establishment. The customer service is great! Dorthy and Pete are really awesome! They go above and beyond anytime I need help. They’re super friendly and make me feel at ease that my valuables are being stored here. A++++ service!

This is a well kept large facility with a extremely friendly and helpful staff. I have had contact with 3 team members and all were very helpful in making sure we had the just right accommodations for our camper. If you want to work with nice people this is the place to go and the pricing is very reasonable as well.

Dorothy was very friendly and outgoing. She made the process very easy. The place was very clean. They have a great variety of unit sizes and can store can store most motor vehicles. I would definately use them again if I need to store anything.

I recently used Prime storage for my travel trailer because I was finished for the summer and also getting ready to sell it my experience of the Prime storage was amazing most of all the lady Dorothy was so helpful even when I was selling my trailer she stayed overtime just so customer could take a good look at what they were buying I think Dorothy is a amazing lady and very helpful and the business wouldn't run the way it do only for her everyone you speak to has got nothing but good to say about how she is a kind-hearted person and do her job very well I will be using her location again because of Dorothy absolute amazing lady thank you so much for everything

Peter is a great team member to this company. I arrived close to closing time, ( I am sorry) as everyone knows moving is very hectic and there are not enough hours in the day, Peter was amazing, answered everything and even offered to show me where my assigned unit was. He is very nice. The next business day I had a few more questions which was sent via email. They replied very quickly.

Great place, very clean ,quiet and secure. Easy to setup rental and to leave as well. Prices are fair for nowadays as well.
