Crowley exceeded my expectation. I took an appointment not knowing exactly what I wanted and Ted and the rest of his team had the utmost patience with me. They were also very responsive to all my questions (and I had plenty!) To me, it’s all about the customer experience and Crowley took care of me which is what made the decision so easy to become their customer. I love my new Jeep and appreciate the time spent with me before driving off to walk me through every button, feature and functionality my new car had to offer. I have to say that I’m very upset with Crowley i took out a Lease jeep and now after 3 years my lease is up and I can’t even purchase my jeep because I owe more then what my jeep is worth that’s ridiculous! I have to let you guys know do not get into a lease car if you do at the end of your lease you will stay without a car like me . Sucks how Crowley can’t even help me out and get me into another vehicle I try but for another lease I was told that the payments will be 700 a month that’s so crazy. I’m very upset and overwhelmed . I really thought Crowley was such a great dealer family orientate dealer I guess I was wrong . Never again !!!

Service appointment was a smooth easy transaction. From initial appointment set up, to day of service Crowley was easy to deal with. My needs were simple as it was a routine oil change, which had the extended coverage. The drop off was quick and easy, the staff was friendly and efficient. Waiting area was clean. Was in and out very quickly, and they were even able to take me in early, as I was about 30 mins early for my appointment. Would reccomend their service. I have had my vehicle for 4 years and have had no issues with Crowley.

I brought my 2018 Dodge Changer in to get new brakes and rotors and calipers all the way around. The prices were great and the staff is very friendly but professional at the same time. Thank you everyone in the service department for excellent work. My car no longer shakes or pulsates when driving. Definitely will be taking my car for any future repairs.

Caroline in Parts helped me to order the lug bolts that I needed for my Jeep. She was knowledgeable and professional. It made for a great first experience at Crowley.

I had such an amazing experience! I walked in unsure if I was going to leave with a new truck. I was able to get my dream truck in the exact style,model, color and features I wanted. I found Joe in the service department to be extremely cordial and understanding. When they found additional issues with my car I wanted to get them done will I.was there but I needed the car early the next day for a doctors appointment. They were extremely busy but he said he would get it done. He made good on his promise. Also the shuttle service driver was also very cordial.

Looking for a new vehicle.. Sent a bunch of requests to various dealers with a simple question - what is MY price out the door?

Andy {Anwar Khan} from Crowley was the only one who responded with the information I wanted - and responded in a timely manner...

A few hours later I went down to test drive a vehicle - not "quite right" - Ken {Sales associate} thought of another [similar] vehicle (V-6, w/ a few more options).

Test drove the second vehicle - sat down with Andy on pricing - came to terms...

Picked up the NEXT DAY - and I had them install a factory hitch receiver - all done efficiently and cost effectively.

Great transaction.

I am hoping I get the same response from the service department when I head in for an oil change in 7,500 miles.

The service department scheduled an appointment promptly and what turned out to be a minor problem was fixed the same day. They were even able to repair a recall at the same appointment.
