My husband and I recently used Farrell Funeral home after suffering a difficult loss. They were responsive, professional, and showed us genuine compassion. I cannot say enough about how kindly they treated us. Farrell has a long history in the New Britain community, a well maintained property, and large parking lot. I highly recommend Farrell to anyone in the greater New Britain area for any funeral related services.

Very professional experience with Farrell Funeral Home, William and all of his staff.

From the 1st meeting they handled everything, all the family had to do is drop of clothing that we wanted my father to go off in, decide on coffin, thank you cards, and prayer/memory cards. William also took care of arranging military services.

Farrell is everything you want (and nothing that you don’t) in a funeral home. I can’t imagine a better experience.

They are family-owned and run. Everyone involved (Bill, Andy,) was truly polite, caring, and professional. They made an exceptional effort to make the whole process go smoothly. They do not “pad the bill” like other homes. In fact, they are quite the opposite and are glad to assist in many ways without added charges. Such a relief!

In the end, I received excellent communication and no-surprises, which are both so important. Look no further. They will take care of you from the time you call until the service ends.
