Great experience at Crowley Kia. Luke our salesman, Mike the GM and Will the Business Manager were all very nice and professional. Absolutely zero pressure.

Purchased my first Kia back in January.. the Kia Sorento with rust interior….I’m obsessed! Love everything about this vehicle. My salesman was Omar, he was wonderful! Very thorough with the walk through of my vehicle, knowledgeable with all the bells and whistles, quickly responded to any questions and concerns to this present day, personable, and straight forward. He made the buying process very stress free. Would highly recommend him and Crowley Kia of Bristol-all staff were very kind.

My hubby and I recently purchased a new Kia. I was dreading looking for a new car. We walked into Crowley Kia and were greeted by Omar. Lucky us, he was the best. We felt so comfortable with asking all our questions. He was knowledgeable about his products and we never felt pressure. He always was prompt in answering my phone calls and very patient with me since I ask a lot of questions. I would highly recommend Omar. Next year we will be returning to buy a new Kia for me and of course dealing with Omar!

I went to Crowley Kia knowing what car I wanted. We called ahead of time and spoke to Omar and went and saw him later that day. He was friendly, relatable and informative on helping us finalize our decision. We were able to walk away with our car a few days later. Overall a very smooth and easy process thanks to Omar and the team.

Crowley Kia and their team were extremely fair, concise, and accommodating. Rolando specifically gets a big shout out, he made my buying experience the absolute smoothest it could possibly be, and was always professional along the way. Buying from out of state poses its own challenges, but they provided great answers and support along the way.
Kate in the finance office was fantastic and never made me feel uneasy or unsure of the whole process.
Evan did a great job as well introducing me to my new vehicles features.
Overall, come to Crowley Kia with a fair an educated idea of what your trade in is worth, what a new car is worth, and they can help you along the way. I will be back!

The service department at Crowley Kia is great. Very friendly and professional. My car was ready sooner than expected, with no issues. I needed shuttle service as well. The shuttle driver, Jose, was extremely prompt and very nice. It was great chatting a bit on the ride.

Found exactly what I wanted within my price point. Rolando was great to work with. Personable and not pushy. Went the extra mile to ensure my experience was great.
