We worked with Eric at O'Brien Funeral Home in Bristol. It was really hard to make these arrangements from out of state. From the first phone call through the completion of the funeral, Eric provided outstanding service. He walked us through all the steps and volunteered much information that made the whole process easier. We are so grateful for the support. Thank you!

O'Brien's Funeral Home was a perfect place to gather to say goodbye to Shirley. Shirley made all her plans and Paige Newton was attentive from the beginning to the end to make sure Shirley's wishes were carried out. We had a nice service arranged by Paige. Even though, some of us had a hard time leaving, we had sufficient time to pay our respects and visit with family. She connected us to the right people throughout the whole process. I didn't realize that O'Brien's staff took care of so many of the details and it made things so much easier to deal with this sad situation. Paige gave us many options to pick from and explained each one. We choose to have a private service at the gravesite a few days later and she respected that we did not need anyone from O'Brien's at the gravesite. I was so impressed how easy and accommodating everyone was that I plan to have a discussion with O'Brien's regarding my own funeral plans. Thank you O'Brien's and Paige for making a difficult time easier.

Laurin helped us plan my Dad’s service with such gentle kindness and incredible efficiency and attention to detail. Any questions we had were answered clearly, often before we even had to ask, with a wealth of useful information and helpful suggestions. So grateful we chose O’Brien’s and got to work with such a wonderful person in this difficult time.

Tommy and Lauren were an amazing help during this difficult time. Extremely compassionate and always willing to lend a helping hand with any service we needed.

They took AMAZING care of my grandpy and nana when they passed. They were kind, compassionate, understanding, and I can’t thank them enough.

They make you feel like you are home

Our family was so rushed through the ending process of the wake for my grandma . We were met with fake smiles the whole time. They packed up our stuff before we were finished saying the final goodbyes. They took all the cards from the flowers. We felt so rushed leaving, they practically pushed us out the door and promptly locked it. We had 1 family right down the road and we tried to see if they could come in because we were told 4-8 (we were rushed out at 6:45) not even 5 minutes we were outside.. I asked about the funeral on monday and I was hung up on. Funeral home never showed up on monday. Told us to just leave the urn at the cemetery. The experience as a whole was bad. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
