After deciding not to buy the car he would not give me back my deposit. afterwards he sold me a car without emissions or the emissions paperwork which is not legal in CT according to the DMV. Also called me two days after the sale of the car to say I own him more money when I counted the money twice and his accountant counted my money twice and they said I was good. The DMV told me to fill some paperwork out it looks like this...
