Needed a car for my daughter. Owner is s Subaru guy. He had one on the lot that was perfect for her. He replaced timing belt, head gasket, pads & rotors and put new tires on it too. Even threw in a set of floor mats. Highly recommend !!!

I have purchased two vehicles from Manchester Auto Sales and have been very happy. They have always told me to call if I have any trouble in the first 30 days and have been very helpful. My first car was leaking antifreeze after a few days and they drove an hour to my house to figure out the problem and fixed it in my driveway. My second car had a small issue that they fixed right away. They have been great about ensuring that I am happy with my purchases. I will purchase my next used Subaru here without a second thought.

Truthfully, I was hesitant to buy from this shop at first. However, 30-40 days after buying my used 2002 Subaru Forester, I can happily say that I am 100% satisfied. Ted spent a long time walking me through cars, and he was so accommodating when I wanted to negotiate. Not only this, but his master Subaru technician had the car running smoothly and without issue. When I was informed (by an untrustworthy repair shop) that my brakes were bad, Ted got me in immediately (despite it being Thanksgiving) and showed me the brakes he replaced. There was only one that needed replacing in truth. He did not have to adhere to the warranty (since it had expired), and yet he fixed my car without a cent. He is an honest, upstanding man, and this dealership honors their word without a second debate and to the best of their ability. I will most certainly be returning and I could not more highly recommend.

Told them what I had for a budget. They had 2 options.The one I perfered car hadn't ben gone through yet. They did water pump, timing belt, brakes and rotors. I test drove car twice,once in the beginning and once when I was picking it up.After picking up car A/C wasn't working. Chassis noise had developed on bumps in the first 100 miles. Called and Dropped car off and they took care of the A/C and a chassis part for the noise. Have a ways to go in this car and it has ben a good runner since. All I can say is. Thank you very much !

This was our daughter's first solo purchase of a vehicle, from start to finish. We were cautious naturally, with her selection of car dealership but upon witnessing the care demonstrated by Ted, we are proud of her choice. Ted and his master Subaru technician immediately addressed the brake concern raised by another service provider, which turned out to be totally false. In fact, Ted showed us the paperwork for the new rotors, along with showing us the actual rotors and brake pads. The rotors were definitely new and the pads had some wear, naturally, but Ted elected to replace them. He is a man of his word and you should seriously consider his dealership when you are in the market for a great used vehicle.

My father in law needed to get a new car and he was referred to Manchester Auto Sales, LLC. Great people to work with and a good selection of used vehicles which were in very good condition. If you are looking for a quality vehicle and no pressure sales, I would recommend going here.

Be very cautious when purchasing anything from this establishment. They are deceptive and sell vehicles that are often junk. The owner is a smooth talking car salesman but is disingenuous and not trustworthy. Also just a note the 3 "5 star" reviews are from people who are associated with them. Buy at your own risk.

PLEASE LISTEN TO THE REVIEWS. They’re real. These people sold me and two of my family members three subarus all in great condition - or so we thought. One by one they all broke down a few months after buying. All 3 had snapped timing belts. Timing belts we were told had been replaced. One is an uh oh, two is a coincidence, three is a pattern. They want your money and don’t care if they screw you. All three will need their engines replaced, something that seems to be a reoccurring theme in these reviews. Wonder why…

If I could give 0 stars I would. Mark told me that everything would be taken care of, and that my car would have no problems. After spending over $9000 I expected that to be the case, but mark is obviously not a man of his word. I started having problems within the 1st 30 days, and after bringing it back once I'm the problem persisting, mark assured me that my repairs would not be free. Even told me I owed him $20 for the gas he put in my car. When he was obtaining my money, he he told me anything I wanted to hear, but that all changed once he had it in Hand and the check was cashed. Be very wary of this car dealership.

Mark is a straight up racist and unprofessional. He shouted all types of profanity to me for no reason. I did not disrespect him in any way, shape, or form. We had a disagreement but there was no reason for him to get as loud as he did, and say the disgusting words he said to me. He is absolutely disrespectful and extremely unprofessional I do not recommend ANYONE To buy a car from him, I’m glad I didn’t. 0 stars

They informed me that the 2015 VW Golf I bought had some shifting problems that were covered under factory warranty or was a recall
That is/was not the case.
The car will end up costing thousands of dollars to fix.

I reiterate stay away from this place I cant believe they would do something like this during COVID 19 they are out right cons and care nothing about what they sell STAY AWAY they cost me over 6 thousand dollars total lemon and they out right lie about the car everything they said about the history of the car was a lie.

This place is terrible. Spend your money elsewhere! They sold me a car that they knew had issues, and didn’t warn me about the hole I was digging myself into. After a few months, the car was inoperable. Upon bringing this to the attention of the Owner, Don, I was told that my this was out of their hands and there was nothing they could do for me. They sold me a lemon, and get away with cheating honest working people out of their money. Do yourself a favor, and save yourself the dissatisfaction.

This place is horrible sold me a Lemon and didn’t even car I’m pretty sure they do this all the time! The owner Don and his daughter play the role of great caring people it’s all BS steer clear from this place and save yourself the headache I wish I would’ve saved myself as well as time and lots of money needed to pay off the car as well as to fix the car. I’m warning you because I would’ve loved to been warned. The crazy thing is they had reviews and it’s like they recreate the page or delete them all smh that speaks volumes about them.

Sold my daughter a 6 thousand dollar piece of garbage that blew its engine juuuuust after the warranty. No integrity. Please save yourself and listen to all these 1 star warnings. They're real.

Save your money! I purchased a vehicle from this place and within days I noticed several problems. These problems were clearly prior existing, but of course, I was not informed of any of this! Highly recommend NOT purchasing anything from this place and going elsewhere.
