I was visiting my mother and only in from Boston for the weekend. We called on a Saturday and Sandy made a special trip to the store to open it for us outside of normal business hours. She was so knowledgeable and helpful during our visit. She answered our many questions and expertly adjusted the equipment we needed to fit my petite mother. Sandy was so sweet with my mother and clearly puts her heart into her business and helping people. Shopping at Advanced Home Medical Supplies was a great experience.

The women who work in this business could not have been more helpful and kind to me today . They were also wonderful during Covid when I needed some things .. they were always so kind . Won’t ever go anywhere else .

I have now rented hospital beds 3 times from Advanced Home Medical, twice after surgeries for me, and now, when my 101y.o. mom needs one. Each time, this business has gone above and beyond.. even delivering on time during a nor'easter which took down power lines. Cannot recommend them highly enough!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Sandy Cohen And Advanced Medical Supplies. If you’re looking for a good old-fashioned customer service, you have come to the right place!! I called on Memorial Day holiday because I was in dire need for a nebulizer for my elderly relative who contracted Covid. As a last ditch effort before going to the hospital, we were told we could try a nebulizer. Sandy answer the phone even though the business was closed for the holiday. Understanding the gravity of the situation, she rearranged her personal plans to meet me at the shop to provide this medical apparatus. We were able to keep the patient out of the hospital and treat him at home. It is very frightening for elderly people and unfortunately we cannot control when they get sick on a holiday and everything is closed.

My family is extremely grateful. Angel walk amongst us at times we need them. This woman has compassion and it’s obvious she really cares about the people she serves. This was my first contact with her and I plan to purchase any additional items that I need from her.

In my opinion, you can’t go wrong walking through the doors of this business. Her prices are very reasonable and she has a very comprehensive inventory.

Best service ever! I called on a Saturday morning in the midst of the pandemic - my mom’s walker had broken and she needed one NOW. This shop was closed, but the owner came in and opened up, risking her ability to make her personal plans on time, and we did business out on the sidewalk and I bought the walker. I couldn’t ask for more!

I had an excellent experience with Advanced Home Medical Supplies. Early yesterday morning I reached out to them on Facebook with an inquiry about crutches for my son. Sandy, the owner, replied in a timely manner. She directed me to call the store when it opened at 8:30am to pay for them over the phone. I did so and was able to do a safe, efficient curbside pick up 10 minutes later. I was thrilled at the ease of the transaction, level of customer service, safety, and fair pricing. I highly recommend AHMS for all of your home medical supply needs. This business is an important part of our community and I am thrilled it is here. On a professional note, I am a local Chiropractor and have been referring here for years. I trust AHMS for my patients' needs and you should trust them too.

Excellent choice for home medical equipment and supplies. Kudos to Sandy and Val for their caring professionalism and expertise. They went the extra mile to identify the ideal lift chair for my mom. Delivery and set up were very prompt and professional. Highly recommended.

I really counted in Advanced Home Medical. They helped me sort through lots of new territory. While taking care of my folks, I needed all kinds of things to assist them. Walkers and special chairs. Blood pressure monitoring machine. Stuff I had no idea about. This staff was very helpful and directed me when I wasn’t certain. I highly recommend them.

I needed a special boot for an injured foot, and called after they had closed on a Friday afternoon. They kept the store open for me to drive there, and fitted a boot. So important on medical-related matters to have a store that comes through in a pinch!
