John was great. Patient, informative, no pressure just good informatio His knowledge was spot on, ened up with a better mattress than what we were leaning towards. Cost less also. Looked online for a mattress, did better with someone who does it for a living. Very good experience, Highly recommend.

Darrell H. was kind, patient knowledgeable and very helpful. He helped us pick the perfect mattress for each one of our boys. We all had a blast trying out beds. He gave us water. I needed a base for a twin size air mattress. I arrived before the store was open and was warmly welcomed. There was one in stock and I walked out less than 15 minutes after I entered the store. Helpful, courteous service, all very friendly.
I got the base home and set-up in minutes, it's exactly what I needed at a good price.

Went into the Manchester Store to buy some fitted sheets for my adjustable bed, was a little disappointed that they no longer reallyvcarry stock in the store. You pre-pay and it gets sent to your address instead. Overall the salesman was was extremely helpful.

Keith was very knowledgeable and helpful to find the right type of mattress for me. He went the extra mile to find deals that met my expectations and requirements, he was very patient and understanding.

The gentleman who tended to me informed me of discounts that saved me another 30% off of the already discounted holiday sale price advertised. This allowed me to add on a 4th mattress for a total that was less than 3 mattresses at sale price. A welcome surprise during these times of hyperinflation!
