A true artisan, prompt and fair. Treats vets/first responders with the type of respect that warrants repeat business. Quick story, he accepts cash or check, of which I had neither when I went to pick up my boots that he worked his magic on - he told me to take the boots and come back to pay him. The amount of respect I have for people that operate like this is immeasurable; and yes, I returned the following day and paid him.

Amazing place run by amazing people. My grandpa was taking his shoes here 30 years ago because he trusted them and so do I. It's not just the work but the kindness and consideration they display.

Love this place. The owner is great and he does a great job with repairs. Ever since finding this place I have not needed to go anywhere else. Prices are also very reasonable.

Mr. Fazio is absolutely wonderful! I broke a heel on a new pair of boots after one wear, the heel was completely detached ! I took it to Mr. Fazio's shop and it was fixed within a week. The price was more than fair, he wouldn't even accept a tip. You can tell he takes pride in his craft. Definitely recommend

I have brought several pairs of boots and shoes for repair and stretching. Mr. Fazio is amazing, honest, and does all he can to do what he needs to do to save your favorite shoes. They don't make 'em like they used to (the shoes or the Mr. Fazio's of the world!). I highly recommend him. It's a craft that few continue, and when he decides to retire, I have no idea how I'll preserve my favorite shoes!

My brother was visiting out of town and one eyelet on a very expensive sneaker fell off he was so kind to fix it for free .That was so kind and I will keep Caetano in mind mind for the future thank you

I brought 2 vintage bags in for cleaning and repair. They were both well worn, but Mr. Fazio said he'd be able to make them look good again. He cautioned it might take him a few weeks to get to the job, as he was backed up a bit. The price he quoted was more than reasonable. 5 weeks later and the bags look absolutely stunning. Good work takes time, and he does much of his work on 2 old Singer sewing machines, one from 1912, and another from the 40's. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend his shop.

I've been doing business with Fazio for over 20 years. He's simply outstanding. He does outstanding work on shoes and on leather items, often making repairs that exceed the original quality. He's done some tricky repairs on leather items of at least 100 years of age with a final result that far exceeded expectation. On items like uniform shoes, his repairs were not just flawless but greatly extended the life of the shoes. Fazio made some excellent custom leather wallets for my father, after my father could no longer reach to his back pocket due to arthrits, crafting amazing pieces from simple drawings.

His shoe shine jobs make my uniform shoes look like black glass. There's no way that I can duplicate that myself, no matter how long or how hard I try.

Wonderful experience at Fazio's. He repaired several shoes for me including replacing the pegs on some stilettos and re-soling some flats. He also worked on one of my favorite pairs of shoes which are designer wedges with a cool fabrication covering. He fixed them up and even was able to glue where the fabric was shredded and hopefully keep them great for years to come. Can't say enough about what a nice and talented man he is!

Mr Favio does everything to make sure my shoe repaire is perfect. I need to have a lift put on my left shoe.

Gaetano is simply the best. I had a pair of Ralph Lauren boots that every other shoe repair shop refused to touch. They said the boots could not be repaired. Fazio's shoe not only fixed the problem but made them like new! Hat's off to them!

Mr. Fazio is a total sweetheart. I worked around the corner from him for decades and he was so friendly to everyone.
